I've had my website now for six months and have found it's just what I need in this early stage. Each time I have an idea or clarity on an aspect of my evolving business, I can easily access the editing functions and make the changes quickly myself. I had previously been screwed over by my last web designer and was contacted by design vertex after putting my after putting my advert request out and explained my situation and how as a small business I desperately needed the work completing they reassured me and asked for payment upfront to which I queried, but they reassured me works would be completed within 48 hours. Still to this day, they have not contacted me back, not completed any work and hang up the phone every time I call. Do not use this company I will be taking them to court.

Avoid this company! They are completely untrustworthy! There was an issue with my website which the projects manager assured me they would fix, he even put it in writing. I continued working with them, trusting their word and investing my time and effort. But when the website was nearly finished and ready to go live, they simply refused to complete it unless I paid an additional amount to what was originally agreed. They also withheld my logo and files that I had fully paid for and refused to give me a refund. They make it difficult if you don’t host with them, try to push unnecessary upgrades, and if you don’t agree, they simply abandon the project. Dishonest, unprofessional, and a complete waste of money.
