After a great sales process in getting me to purchase their services to build my site in supposedly 3 months, the process ended up a 6+ months of them trying to get my site finished and running. Their response time was very slow and I was forced to be constantly following up with the issues or areas that required their attention. The process was very frustrating since they would only call me or reach out to me to continue selling more services without even finishing the site that was started.

The communications skills of their team and project managers was very weak and most of the time hard to understand and get my messages or request across them. I ended up having to pay almos more than $1,000 additionally to get the site where I wanted and what they offered at a lower price.

So I recommend people to ensure to due their due diligence before hurting their services unless money is not an issue for you.

Loved the logos!! I was concerned due to ratings but was very happy with the results.
Jay Anderson and Denis Morgan did an excellent job working together.

Initial process was a bit slow, maybe a better diagnose from the beggining would greatly help, as initial logo concepts were very poorly made. Following design was good and I'm satisfied with it, response was good and swift from assigned team. I felt a bit surprised by additional charges for elements that were included, please be clear!
