They did a great job on my logo, however they did try and up-sell me to a better package after I signed up for what I thought was already a professional level package.

They did great work and I'm happy with the final product. There were a few surprising changes inconsistent with what I had asked for but they quickly corrected these errors. One area for improvement would be taking the available contact time each day seriously. They never once asked called me during the specified time which resulted in awkward conversations while I was at work.

These gentleman are illustrious with their craft. They far superseded my expectations, and I was very impressed with my logo. Their customer service and support for clients is immaculate. I was very happy with my purchase and will recommend to everyone. God bless!

Frustrating experience. I was working with a different company initially that charged me $1,000 for a very rudimentary website. Switched to Design Proficient because they offered a better deal and claimed they could create a better website for less. They also claimed I would be getting a manual after my website was designed so I could edit the content on my own. Unfortunately they conveniently did not mention the lack of changes the average person can create without messing up the website coding. When I complained, I was told to purchase a $500 plan for every 5 months where they would update things for me themselves. *Even though I was told I was would be able to edit this myself* Then they charged for another fee to make my website “safe”. There are a lot of fees that they don’t initially tell you about. Another thing that is frustrating is that almost everyone I have talked to has tried to turn my concerns into a sales pitch to get me to pay for more in order to fix an existing issue. Ultimately: my friends have worked to get the same product as me from other companies — their upfront price is higher but when you compare all the costs I have paid so far, they ended up with a better deal. Very close to cutting my losses and dropping this project. Not worth the amount they keep expecting me to invest. They started out so well and I liked the initial design.. I was expecting more and am very disappointed thus far.

Update: I changed my rating poor to bad because since writing this review, one of the agents reached out and asked me to change it because it might drive customers away.. When I asked if it meant someone would fix my work or compensate me, he said no. He said I should just do it out of the goodness of my heart. I would be very careful reviewing the 5 star ratings here.. this company has been nothing but mediocre in its customer service. And more recently, even though I made it clear I wanted nothing to do with them or the virus filled, expensive website they created for me that doesn’t have a useable manual, they just contacted me again saying they plan on renewing my plan for the same cost. I am absolutely done. I rarely if ever leave a bad review but this is the one time I think a company deserves it.

Despite my reserves (because of the low price) Design Proficient performed brilliantly. The design was understood and executed quickly and professionally! I will use them again.

Excellent experience from A to Z. I would highly recommend them for your business purposes. Initial contact was great, account manager and designers always followed up with me on daily basis. I am very happy with their service

BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Definitely question the validity of its operations and promises. Much like everyone else, I was dragged through a very long process (several months), using clip art type graphics, extremely long turnaround time, I was harassed, had unauthorized charges to my CC and did not get the product I was promised. Rude and unprofessional representatives. I BEGGED them to cancel my order, issue refund and even to CLOSE the case and they refused. They promise 48 hour turnaround time for proofs, in the end they took up to 2 weeks for each update. Someone must do something about this company!

Yes I would recommend this company! Danny Kealin was my project manager and they do their best to get you what you want. A excellent logo designer team!
