Max and Carlos did any amazing job developing my website I had a deadline and they were able to get it completed by then. I love the fact they took the ideas I vision and turned it to what I vision. When I had questions and need an immediate response they were there, I could ask my a better company to develop my website but they also did my logo! Thank you again Carlos and Max.

Fast, efficient, reliable and very respectful one of the best websites designer i have ever worked with.

Process was simple.

Our designer is Carlos and he was great and did everything we asked every time! Even after many months he will still answer and help us out however he can. He does a great job!

DesignOptimax did everything per agreement. Initially, they said completing the website would take about 30 days. However, it was more complicated since it was an e-commerce website that involved shipping. They started building the website in late November and finished in early March. However, it was well worth the wait. I chose quality over rushing to complete a website, and they built me a quality website. I recommend them because they will address all issues that develop. I understand that creating a website can be straightforward, but because of the complexity of my website, many things were unexpected. However, they will address all issues and fix them.

Design Optimax did not make the website I requested. I even gave them access to my current website to show them what I wanted PRIOR to me agreeing and paying for the package they said would meet my requirements. Now, they are saying this is not what we agreed to and that I said I wanted the basic package. We NEVER had a phone conversation prior to my paying for the package and none of our correspondences prior to my payment shows anywhere that I requested a basic package. He (Carlos) states that the website I am currently using is "basic" and they would create something more professional (that I actually have in a text). Also stated that the feature I wanted could be integrated into the website (Also in a text). He sent me the paperwork, I paid for it. Now 5 weeks later, I am told I need to pay at least $750 to get the feature I told him I wanted in the beginning. Let me also point out that while they now state that they never knew I wanted those features, they have been working on getting me those features for the last 3 weeks. Only now am I being told that I stated (in an imaginary conversation) that I only wanted a basic page (a downgrade from what I am currently using). I stated that I would pay the extra fee WHEN they have produced a website to my specification that I am satisfied with. I told them I am uncomfortable paying anymore up front when they do not honor their money back guarantee. I have yet to receive a response in regard to this.

I had also requested a refund if they could not guarantee a website that had the same aspects as the website I am currently using (per their money-back guarantee if the customer is dissatisfied)....But I'm not getting a refund. Apparently they only refund under very specific circumstances, which is not listed on their website. If you don't want to waste your money, I wouldn't suggest working with them. I also would suggest you check the BBB reviews for this company before proceeding with them. You will see more of the types of complaints there are. I wish I had seen those first.

At Design Optimax, they provided exceptional customer service. They were kind and receptive to my inquiries.
I was quite happy with the assistance I got from this company, particularly Carlos Johnson. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding my ideal logo for my upcoming business.
