Fast delivery and genuine Prada sunglasses but was missing silk pouch that it was supposed to come with apart from the hard case.

Ordered online for first time, was able to provide style, size and prescription as Boots Opticians were unable to help get size I needed. Great price, very pleased with the prescription glasses, (Oakley with transition lenses and tint), delivery time as predicted, well-packed and one day delivery, very happy.

Very happy with my purchase. I ordered a pair of Tom Ford prescription glasses. I accidently ordered bifocals when i needed varifocals. Upon calling, Nicky was most helpful with fixing my error. Price was very good and very happy with the quality of the lenses.

Managed to pay less than £200 for frames and prescription lenses (Vision Express are charging £280 for the same frames alone).

Packaged well and glasses came in expected box etc (same as previous pair that broke, purchased elsewhere). No doubts about authenticity.

I was in a meeting and placed them on the desk, you could hear a pin drop from the silence, and that's what happened, I placed them down and the so called lion face part fell off and hit the table, causing a colleague to laugh and say 'oops'! Embarrassing to say the least. I'm new to glasses and spent a lot trying to find the right ones, there is a joke with Versace amongst students that made me buy them, this has been the most embarrassing that could happen. I don't expect anything back from you, I just expect the "oh my god, ur so fake miss" to come back at me. Had I of known this could happen, I wouldn't have bothered. I need glasses and love my sunglasses ones, I knew it was a mistake trying to buy reading ones online, I thank u anyway but needed to let u know the grief I will now receive from the young ones. Whatever, thanks and goodbye, I don't expect anything other than a generic response, for that reason im off, can't be arsed. Miss latorre signing off hahaha

Very good designer glasses at competitive prices.

Easy to use service with the fantastic option of virtual try on for a lot of frames. They have many different options for lenses so you can select which one are suited to you. Best bit is they have certain frames which nearly go for double at other retailers!

Cant really fault them in any way. Will definitely be using this website again.

Fantastic service! Other retailers stated item wouldn't be available for 8 weeks or took our money then said they weren't available. Designer glasses not only offered 24 hour delivery at a great price but true to their advert the glasses arrived right on time, perfectly packaged, and the item was as described. Amazing service and great price. I ordered a pair of Tom Ford glasses with prescription lenses and received them 3 working days later. They were cheaper than I could find elsewhere, the lenses have been fitted better than my last pair (from a different online retailer) and they contacted me after I'd ordered to suggest an alternative that saved me £60. I used this company as they have an option to virtually try on the glasses on their site. I chose a pair after virtually trying on, but was told that they were no longer in stock, I am not sure why they were still in the online shop. Customer service was helpful and gave me options which I didn't like. I chose an alternative pair which didn't have an option to virtually try. When they arrived they looked awful. I returned them and had £15.00 taken off after I paid for next day signed for delivery. The email just stated refund processed as per their terms and conditions. Unfortunately, I didn't read their terms and conditions and it is not very transparent on their website. I just checked and it says a £10.00 admin fee will be charged which in my opinion is extortion, who does this in 2022 with so much competition around. 🤔. I am waiting for an explanation of the extra £5.00 charged. I have never experienced anything like this with any company. I am really surprised that they have such high reviews. Should of just gone to SpecSavers!!

Order the glasses with lenses on Sunday and get delivered Friday at 9:00 am.
The glasses are impeccable, lenses everything.
I hope the Pristine coating will rezist the test of time.
