I wish I had read these reviews before placing the order. I’ve had a similar experience spending over £1000 and not received the products (two radiators). Seems legitimate as they respond to emails and phone calls ! I’ve had to start a chargeback process via my bank. Very disappointed

Absolute scam site DO NOT ORDER, have ordered two one through designer bathroom store and the other through trade plumbing not realizing they were the same company. Was desperate for this specific sink and have been left hanging for 8 weeks now when the website stated 2-4 days for delivery, and when I have just contacted another Hib retailer they said the sink is in stock and can be delivered next day. Horrendous firm, can only hope and pray I get my money back - DO NOT USE

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with . 2 cabinets ordered in December 2025 worth £1800 it is july 2026 and they still have not arrived. Excuse after excuse and very unusual communications and promises of delivery that never happen. Asked for a refund 18 days ago and hasn’t been paid.

I will have to now start legal proceedings against them.

I would use this company or recommend anyone else does

Ordered a bathroom mirror, 2 months waiting and several attempts to find out the delivery date. Eventually asked for a refund, 16 days and counting and still waiting. Eventually started a dispute with my bank. Do not use this company, service and communication is horrendous.

Rubbish company, ordered item a few weeks ago and have not received anything yet! Tried contacting them but had no response. Going through PayPal to get my money back. Avoid them at all costs.

Scammers, Avoid at all cost they also trade under several Alias because with the reviews under these people I would have never purchase from them. I purchased on TRADE PLUMBING, when I started having issues Trade Plumbing customer services email turned into dealing with these guys. So beware, they advertised wrongly on their website, I found out product is not as described only after installation, I sent the mirror cabinet back tracking says delivered a week now and they still haven’t given me a refund. Not to mention the £220 I spent to install before realising it was missing a socket. As a family that mostly run our own businesses I have been patient because I thought it’s fair to give them the chance to rectify this but over a month since the purchase and I’m still missing my £375 refund. On my way to report to trading standards and my bank!

Despite ringing to check my radiator was in stock prior to ordering, it took almost a fortnight to arrive. Emails are completely ignored and if you do manage to get them on the phone, the reassurances are false.

Oh dear, I wish I had read these reviews before buying from this company.
We ordered a vertical electric bathroom radiator and had it installed by a qualified electrician. However, only one panel heats up. The electrician says it must be the element as there are no other working parts.
I have contacted the company twice and can get no reply.
We can't fault the look and design of the radiator. It is exactly what we wanted. Such a shame the customer service is so awful. Avoid.

They sold me a dual fuel radiator in which the element was faulty. They replaced the element with the wrong one. I complained and asked them to send me a proper replacement and I am still waiting 2 years now! I cannot get hold of Murray Wilson for love nor money now. Are they in Liquidation?

I ordered a Iona freestanding bath off the website, the delivery and process was quick and easy, however my bath was left outside without signature, when I wasn’t in. As I live on my own I had to wait days (with the bath street side) until 2 people could help me lift it inside.
Since then elements of the bath have either fallen off or tarnished within 6 months of installation, I fed this back and was told to ‘stick’ the parts back on with silicone.

Paid a lot for the bath, which looks very nice but actually low quality and poor service all round.

The worst customer experience ever!!
I’m trying to return unwanted towel ray one half month-no results! I usually never write bad reviews, but this is too much even for me.
When it arrived the finish of paint was not as we expected from photo and we contacted them ,made a refund request and after this nothing!!
One and half month and more then 20 calls and still no result , no one call as back no one collect this towel ray.... and don’t tell that it’s a COVID !! I’m working in customer service as well and delays everywhere max one week or even already none.
Won’t recommend this company to any one

Ordered online easily, had a question for customer service, the guy was efficient and professional and dealt with my problem - enquiry immediately great service and received next day -fantastic product
