Being a nervous patient, it took many months of contemplation to finally take the plunge. I felt confident in the answers to the questions I asked at the consultation in Chelmsford. From this point on, things went seamlessly. I was given advice on the best website for flights and I booked them before I changed my mind.
Unfortunately I had to go alone as my friends were needed at home to look after my affairs. Again, not the best scenario for someone so nervous.
I was collected from the airport and taken to my hotel which was lovely. Having paced the floor from the point of awakening, daunted by the fact of being in a foreign country not knowing anyone, I was collected and taken to the surgery.
On arrival I was greeted by a chap with a huge smile, Aldus. He explained the plan of attack over a green tea. I started to relax and then started my treatment. Aldus gave me a huge amount of moral support throughout. He had me smiling and even attempting at laughing with fingers, a drill and suction in my mouth. He put on a playlist we compiled of my music to which the dentist and assistants all had to endure comprising of Irish folk music, Queen and Oasis, amongst others.
I cannot fault the experience of being in the chair. They made what is without doubt an unpleasant procedure as palatable as possible. One thing that sticks in my mind is the amount of smiles in the surgery. Everyone really was so nice. Nothing was too much trouble.

Was a very difficult decision to go ahead and get my implants done but having made a decision I’m so glad that I chose Dentaverse in Izmir. The highlights for me were as follows

- Medication for pain relief and aftercare provided with no issues whatsoever
- They employ their own English speaking translators who are always on hand to accompany you to appointments including the hospital if you choose to under general anaesthetic
- They employ their own driver who is always on time
- Izmir is a lovely city with very modern shopping centres and markets for anyone looking to fill in their spare time
- Hotel accommodation was included in my package and the hotel was absolutely spotless.
Last but no least the staff…. In a word Brilliant!!

I met Denteverse in Frankfurt. From the first meeting, they treated me with such warmth and warmth. I had many problems with my teeth and was living an unhappy life. They gave me that confidence on that first meeting, so I decided to go immediately, but I still had my fears and doubts about whether it would work. From the moment I stepped off the plane and they picked me up from the airport by transfer, everything started for me. The transfer and hotel were perfect, but I can't find the words to describe the Denteverse Turkey team. It's a clinic, and I truly felt like I belonged there. They treated me so well, and I welcomed them so well, I never imagined anything could be so wonderful. Because I had so many problems with my teeth, I couldn't find a dentist in Germany I hadn't seen, but none of them cared for me as much as Dr. Seçil Köseoğlu. I'm so grateful for meeting her and for being my doctor. I am so happy, the entire team, without exception, was incredibly warm and helpful. I felt important and welcome throughout the entire process. And the result! It was much better than I expected, I still can't believe it. Thank you so much for everything and I'm so grateful! After years of struggling with gum disease and disappointing experiences with dentists in Spain and the UK, I found Dentaverse and contacted them in April 2025. From my first email, the team was responsive and professional. After sharing some photos and emails, I had my first visit at the end of May.
Originally, we discussed a “6 in one” procedure for both jaws with extractions, but on arrival, it turned out I didn’t have enough bone, so a sinus lift and bone graft were needed. Everything was handled in the clinic, and I was never left alone—someone always accompanied me, and the clinic’s driver took care of all transfers. I always felt supported, never having to deal with logistics or language barriers on my own.
The hotel they arranged was in a perfect location—central, in a lovely area with plenty of cafes and restaurants. All transfers, from airport to hotel and between hotel and clinic, were punctual and seamless.
The clinic itself is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped, with a charming garden. Every staff member—from the driver to the dental nurses, doctors, and coordinators—was outstanding. It’s a family business, and you can feel the family-level care and attention throughout.
The first part of my treatment (extractions, sinus lift, bone graft) took around four hours. I was terrified, but honestly, there was nothing to fear. Apart from the local anesthesia, I felt no pain during the procedure and only minor discomfort afterward. Dr. Metin Deberoglu was caring and meticulous, and his assistant was fabulous. I went home to heal and returned six months later for the next stage.
During my second visit (October), everything was just as smooth—same hotel, same excellent service. Dr. Metin and his assistant made sure I was comfortable and pain-free throughout. Berat and Aldus, my main contacts, were always available to answer questions and help with translations, so nothing was ever lost in communication.
Two examples of their outstanding care:
Dr. Metin noticed a minor issue with the fit of my new teeth that I hadn’t seen and insisted on sending it back to the lab to make it perfect. The final result was amazing—great color, shape, and function.
My mouth guard was delivered in person by Aldus after hours, always with a smile.
Price-wise, the treatment was a fraction of what I would have paid in the UK, but the quality and care were exceptional. Both I and my companion were treated with respect and kindness at every step.
I’m extremely happy with my new smile and feel much more confident in myself. I won’t hesitate to return for my annual check-ups—it’s the perfect excuse for a holiday, to see everyone again, and honestly, after everything I’ve been through, I wouldn’t risk going anywhere else. Dentaverse has earned my absolute trust, respect, and appreciation. Trust me, they are the ones to go to. I am very grateful, and you all deserve the best. My most sincere thank you!

My husband have cross bite ,lots of clinics told us he's jaw have to be broken before crown treatment, sinds beginning of 2025 I have contact with Berat dentaverse izmir, really like 6 months they answer all my questions and advice us what is best solution for hem. We agree on price and week ago we arrive in izmir pick up went smooth, great hotel in centrum of izmir. Second day we start treatment it took them 6 days to make my husband crooked smile completely straight, staff was very nice and they knew what they doing. I recently got my teeth done at DentaVerse, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcome — the team was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional. It didn’t feel like I was at a clinic at all; it felt more like being among friends who genuinely cared about how I was feeling.

A huge thank you to Aldus, our coordinator, who was amazing throughout the whole process. He answered every single question with patience and made sure I understood everything clearly, which really put my mind at ease.

All crowns apart from 2 wisdom on top and two on bottom.
Moved into Hotel Sunday 28th September Alves Hotel - all new super clean and great service from Hotel.
Monday 29th picked up 10am on time and super friendly great comms and all happy.
Long day having checkup up and discussing options then listening to my fears of over shaving, I was assured they didn’t do that and worked within UK guidelines 1mm to 2mm. Super happy after shaved as had zero sensitivity and as promised no over shaved.
Had 3D Scan
Tuesday back for temp crowns quick in and out.
Wednesday tried the real product for fitting and measurements on bite again quick appointment.
Thursday got my finished crowns all fitted bite checked and all complete.
Facility, customer service couldn’t have wished for any better.
100% recommended

Communication from the start has been brilliant from pickup and transfers from airport to Hotel and then to Clinics on a daily basis your not left guessing what's coming next every step of the way there is someone there listening and Answering your concerns.It was painful at times as I had infections when I went and my old teeth and gums were in a bad state and I knew it would take time for the discomfort to subside .You are given meds to conquer the pain .And my temporary dentures fit well but like anything new I will have to get used to them.I return in approx 16 weeks for my new implanted teeth .I know it will all be worth it in the end.My journey for new teeth was a necessity due to state of old teeth not for vanity.Make your Choices wisely.

Everything was so professional from the minut I landed to the day I went home staff were brilliant interpreter was excellent really looked after me and my dentist metin was absolutely brilliant would recommend it to anyone

I cannot recommend DENTAVERSE highly enough, from the initial consultation in the UK to coming to Turkey for the procedure the communication and organisation was first class all transfers were taken from the airport to the hotel and the hotel to the clinic, on the first day of my treatment after filling in the relevant paperwork I had X-rays on my teeth and then a consultation with the surgeon who would be carrying out the procedure I was kept informed on what was happening all the way through, there is an interpreter on hand at all times to help with any language barriers this was very reassuring the whole team at DENTAVERSE are very friendly and very professional I walked in on Monday with yellow crooked gappy teeth and walked out on Wednesday after having teeth extracted and implants put in with straight white temporary teeth I then go back in 4 months for my permanent teeth I have to confess after a lifetime of not nice teeth to look in the mirror and see my new temporary teeth was a little overwhelming me, I’ve wanted to have my teeth sorted out properly for many years so you can imagine how delighted I was to see my new teeth, the pain I felt on the first day which was minimal had reduced to a dull ache by the second day I was given all the pain relief and antibiotics that I would need, if you are thinking of having this procedure in my experience DENTAVERSE would be top of my list you won’t be disappointed thank you to the whole team at DENTAVERSE for making it a very positive experience see you in January

Booking Dentaverse in Turkey turned out to be one of the best healthcare decisions I’ve ever made. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and far exceeded my expectations.
My first point of contact was Aldus via WhatsApp ,who was simply amazing. We discussed my treatment the prices and choice of hotels, he was to remain my first port of call throughout my 2 trips to Izmir.
As a woman travelling with a teenage daughter I was a little nervous but the transfer drivers Dentaverse included in the pricing Jan and Hakan were also very friendly and helpful they took me wherever I needed to go (within reason) and gave me rough ideas on prices of things in Izmir so I wouldn’t be overcharged.
Aldus arranged my stay at Alves Hotel with a room for us to share. It was a beautiful place friendly, clean modern and centrally located.

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by Aldus and a friendly, English speaking team who made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. They were extremely organized and attentive, helping me with everything from appointment scheduling to arranging drivers for tours.

I have been wanting to sort my teeth for years, spent lots in the UK trying to sort them but to no avail, then a friend of mine went to Dentalverse and he had nothing but praise (and his teeth looked great after!) So i decided to take the plunge and very happy that i did, I had 28 crowns and my teeth look great now and the whole experience was superb.

Everyone is so friendly - Aldus was superb, keeping me up to date everyday with what was happening, such a friendly guy - my dentist was Secil and her assistant Berfu, i was greeted with a smile every morning and they really made me feel comfortable.

The hotel and transfers were great - overall a brilliant experience and i would highly recommend :-)
