Please don’t go to this dental surgery.
One of the worst dental surgery I regret for choosing them .
As I am on maternity exemption I went for checkup they advised me to hygiene treatment privately so I denied as I don’t want to do at the moment.
Then I told them that on my right side wisdom tooth is coming that is already black so can you please extract it they are happy to do privately but as I denied to go private they said they will do nhs referral.
So after 2 months waiting I expected to call from nhs dental practice as I didn’t get any call I request them and they said ohh your X-ray is not perfect so they haven’t done referral.
So after one appointment attend I get a nhs refferral where for whole procedure I am confirmed that my wisdom tooth going to be extracted where they referred me for ul7 tooth that why they want to extract and what was the purpose I have no idea.
From nhs in 2 sentences saying they just extract my ul7 moral tooth roots. For that I wasn’t advised I told them for wisdom tooth only.
After everything happened with me the practice and doctor denied and said they referred for ul7 tooth only not for wisdom tooth as it is healthy where other doctor told me that it is with cavity coming .
And the doctor told me that if you are not doing personal hygiene cleanup which is private the nhs referral doctor won’t take it out my tooth they will refuse me for extraction.
This practice is just want to earn money and playing with someone’s health.
They have done a big mistake and right now after 4 days surgery I still not feeling well I have swollen,pain and discomfort and can’t open my mouth or not even little movement on my left side cheek and jaw.
Please be aware and don’t choose this practice

We take concerns regarding treatment and consent very seriously. Following your contact with the practice, we have reviewed your clinical records and discussed the matter directly with the treating dentist. We have also responded to you privately with further information regarding the clinical reasons for the treatment recommendation and have provided the records you requested.
We would like to clarify that a patient's exemption from NHS charges does not affect the care or treatment offered by our practice. You have received NHS treatment with us while exempt from charges, and the referral in question was also made through the NHS. Hygiene treatment was recommended for clinical reasons based on your oral health and was not a condition of receiving NHS care.
As you have reported ongoing pain, swelling and difficulty opening your mouth following your extraction, our reception team contacted you and offered you an appointment at the practice so that a dentist could assess you. You declined the appointment at that time, but our offer to assess you remains open.
As the extraction itself was carried out by an external referral provider, any concerns specifically regarding the procedure and immediate post-operative care should also be raised directly with that provider.
Due to patient confidentiality, it would not be appropriate for us to discuss your clinical records or treatment in further detail on a public platform. We remain happy to communicate with you directly and address any outstanding concerns.

Very professional and a very personal care offered. A thorough check up with follow up care too. Both Renal Patel and Ruppie were excellent with the care they provided to my mum. Renal with the support of Ruppie was very thorough with the examination and showed care and patience. We had a follow on appointment with the hygienist who too was amazing. He took extreme care with my mum assuring her all the way.

I had a really good experience at the Dental Suite. Every single person in this practise is amazing. Starting with the receptionist, they are very welcoming and friendly. Today I had hygiene appointment with Rasika and Taran who were really good. I told them I feel uncomfortable with one of the dentist tool and they were extremely careful and this was the first time ever I didn’t feel uncomfortable. It was a good appointment. Also Dentist Rona Kaqi is amazing. I have done my whitening treatment with her and have another treatment booked with her soon. She is very sweet and very professional. She has been guiding me well through what’s good and bad. As I said the entire practice has amazing people in it. I love this place. Thank you so much Dental suite.
