After wanting to fix my smile for years, I came across an ad on FB with a woman with natural looking teeth. I was curious, so messaged Dental Harmony via WhatsApp. They answered all of my many questions immediately!! Over the next couple of days, I chose the style and colour I wanted (did not want traditional Turkey Teeth). I went for oval shape and B1 colour. I travelled alone and they picked me up in style from the airport and took me to my hotel, which was included in the price (no payments taken until you arrive at the clinic). The clinic is spotless and very modern. Several dentists operate in different rooms. The reception staff - Merve and Lala - were amazing with me and fluent in English as well., as was the photographer, dentist Gozde and the person liaising with me via WhatsApp.
I didn’t like the plastic temporary teeth you get whilst your real ones are being made, but I absolutely love the final result!! I’ve got a couple of friends who were previously considering having their teeth done - I will definitely be recommending Dental Harmony…..

On 21 April 2026, I attended Dental Harmony in Turkey for dental treatment that had been scheduled to take place over three days. The treatment plan provided to me indicated that work would be carried out on 21 April and 22 April, with completion on 23 April. Based on this schedule, I booked a night flight to return home after the planned treatment period.

However, the majority of the treatment was completed in approximately one hour and forty-five minutes on 21 April. The procedures carried out included two tooth extractions, eight dental implants, a bone graft, and, as I later discovered, a sinus lift procedure. I was not aware at the time that tissue had also been taken from the inside of my cheeks, and I do not recall giving consent for this.

Prior to the procedure, I spent approximately three hours discussing payment arrangements with staff members. During this time, I felt under pressure to agree to additional dental work that was not included in the original treatment plan. I was also encouraged to obtain cash and was offered further services. I repeatedly stated that I only wished to proceed with the treatment that had originally been agreed.

Once payment had been made, I was seated in the dental chair shortly after midday. Present in the room were a dentist, a dental nurse, another female staff member, and a male practitioner who administered multiple injections into my mouth before beginning treatment.

Following the procedure, I left the clinic with significant bleeding from my mouth. My clothing was stained with blood, and I experienced severe pain and discomfort. During the night, I awoke with blood in my mouth, fever symptoms, and increasing pain.

I raised my concerns with Dental Harmony before leaving Turkey and sent photographs showing the condition of my mouth. I informed them that I believed I had developed an infection. I was advised that what I was experiencing was normal surgical fluid and part of the healing process.

I returned to the United Kingdom on 24 April 2026. Due to my symptoms, I sought immediate medical attention and was subsequently treated by healthcare professionals in both general and dental hospital settings. Over the following weeks, I attended hospital and dental appointments on numerous occasions due to ongoing complications.

I was prescribed approximately five weeks of antibiotics because of persistent infections affecting my mouth and gums. During this period, I experienced swelling, pain, bleeding, pus discharge, and signs of infection around multiple treatment sites.

In addition, one implant at the front of my mouth became loose and fell out. Other implants appeared to have sunk into the gum tissue, requiring further assessment and treatment. I have since been informed that corrective treatment and possible surgery will be required to address the complications.

Throughout this period, I kept Dental Harmony informed of my condition and provided photographs, medical information, and details of the treatment I was receiving in the United Kingdom. Despite this, my concerns were not addressed to my satisfaction.

As a result of this experience, I have suffered significant pain, distress, inconvenience, and ongoing medical issues. I continue to require treatment and specialist assessment in the United Kingdom. I have also been advised that the cost of remedial treatment is likely to be substantial.

I would not personally recommend Dental Harmony based on my experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering treatment abroad to carefully research the provider, seek independent advice, and review all available information before proceeding.

searching for a dentist to chose from in turkey can be hard as there are so many to choose from,but when I found “DENTAL HARMONY” on instagram I was absolutely amazed with there results from the instagram pictures, from the moment I messaged them on social media/ WhatsApp I was put at ease(aybike) was very easygoing and kept in touch the whole time from start to finish making sure transfers where on time and any information I needed she gave me. My patient coordinator (merve) was with me every step of the way making sure everything was understood and any questions I had she relayed back if I wasn’t quite understood making it very easy to get understanding from both sides. The social media guy (Cagatay) very good at his job also kept checking in on the dental work to make sure I was happy with everything great guy!!My main dentist (gozende) she was amazing from start to finish any concerns I had she took on board and any alterations needed she done!nothing was rushed,she explained every single detail and has done an absolutely fantastic job I would like to say a big thank you to her for creating my perfect smile!!thanks gozende

My experience with DH was fabulous. It started with Oz months before my appointment and he was so helpful and patient and answered all my queries. Then when I arrived in Turkey oz made sure the drive had all the details for my transfer to the hotel. Promptly on Monday morning, my driver arrived to take me to the dentist, upon arrival I was very impressed with the setup it was large. It was clean. It was well lit and very inviting. My dentist Dr Mert was very skilled and I love my new smile…. I was also very happy with my two Patient coordinators Merve and Lala they made me feel very comfortable and explained everything fully to me ….

I would not hesitate in recommending DH to friends and family the level of service at this place is great and i will definitely be returning here for yearly check ups.

From start to finish the hospitality has has been professional, efficient and nothing short of amazing! With a special thanks to Abyke who kept in frequent contact answering any queries I had before visiting for treatment and on hand up until departure.

My treatment (20 laminate veneers) has exceeded expectations and was an entirely pain-free procedure. I was very specific on how I wanted the final outcome to look and it was executed perfectly, with very good attention spent on detail. A huge thank you to Dr Mert Bikmaz and his assistant for going to extra mile and staying later to ensure everything was perfect before my departure.

Overall I recommend visiting the clinic for any dental work. The team onsite are very helpful and communicated updates frequently, checked in to see how things were going, translate any specifics if needed. Language barrier is never an issue here.

What sets dental Harmony apart from other clinics, is they do not operate a ‘one size, fits all approach’ they are honest and demonstrate due care - only performing procedures where necessary or suitable. The clinic is very hygienic and uses state of the art equipment to carry out their procedures. Their social media handles are a true representation of the quality of work you can expect.

I had A really positive experience at Dental Harmony getting all on 6 treatment. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional, which helped put Me at ease right away. My dentist Ahmet Emre and My care coordinator Jajmur took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood my treatment options without feeling rushed or pressured.

The appointments was smooth and surprisingly comfortable. They were very gentle and attentive, regularly checking in to make sure I was okay. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-organised, which also gave Me confidence in the level of care.

What stood out most was the genuine care and attention to detail. It didn’t feel like just another appointment—they really made the effort to ensure I felt comfortable and informed throughout.

I’d definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly dentist, with amazing results.

My experience with Dental Harmony was brilliant I couldn’t fault them from start to finish. I’d like to say a massive well done to all the team. Cagatay who is the social media man is so lovely and welcoming and really makes you feel at ease. Ahmet Emre who was my main dentist has created my perfect smile and is absolutely amazing at what he does. Yagmur and Merve who are patient coordinators cover everything you could possibly think of and are such lovely women. Also Ozgur who did my root canal was amazing and I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. Not only was the clinic beautiful the people inside also was too the transfers were more than you can ask for to and from the airport and each appointment you really travel in style, there is not one fault with this company and if your thinking of getting your teeth done I would highly recommend them to anyone!

To be honest, after some bad experiences in the past, I was a bit nervous, but everything here went so smoothly and professionally that it turned into a very positive experience for me.

I traveled all the way from Iran to this clinic because I was so unhappy with my old teeth, but the experience turned out to be better than I ever imagined. Dr. Ahmet Emre Gülerik (Prosthodontist) is a true master of his craft. I can’t thank him enough for his incredible professionalism and his warm, sincere approach. He listened to every single one of my concerns with so much patience and delivered a result that is absolutely perfect. I am finally in love with my smile!

What truly made this journey so special was the exceptional team.

Behnaz (Persian Interpreter) is a literal angel. From the very first moment, she made me feel like I was in my own home. Her translation skills are flawless; she didn't just translate words, she completely removed the communication barrier. She was by my side with such grace and care, from the warm welcome at the start until the very last goodbye. Her dedication is truly remarkable and she made everything so easy for me.

Çağatay (Social Media Expert) was also amazing. I am so grateful for his help and sincerity, especially during the photo shoots. He even supported me in Persian whenever Behnaz was unavailable, making sure I never felt alone or misunderstood. He is incredibly talented in human relations, and his natural kindness made the whole process feel so comfortable.

I also want to thank the rest of the staff for their genuine kindness and smiles. The level of care and hospitality here is so rare to find. I didn't feel like just another patient; I felt like family. This clinic offers a world-class experience with a real heart.

I have had the most pain free and pleasant experience with Dental Harmomy , nothing was too much for the staff!
I was extremely fussy with how I wanted my smile to look after travelling from the UK I wanted to make sure it was perfect!
My smile has been an anxiety of mine for the longest of times and all of my worries were listened to!
The language barrier was not a concern as they had English speaking coordinators there!

Cagatay the photographer was so lovely and kind with a great sense of humour he made my experience so joyful!

You won’t be disappointed with the treatment you receive at Dental Harmony! A fantastic dental practice, clean, professional 100% the best!

I travelled to this clinic after fully disclosing my complex medical condition, Cushing’s Disease caused by a pituitary tumour, which affects my bone density and healing. I also provided dental X-rays showing bone loss and explained that I required the least invasive treatment possible.

Before travelling, I was approved for a treatment plan involving 1 implant, 2 gum grafts, and veneers. However, after arriving in Turkey, the treatment plan changed dramatically to multiple upper implants, grafting, and crowns, along with a significant price increase. I was also told I was no longer suitable for veneers despite previously being approved remotely.

I initially refused full upper implants because of concerns regarding healing and the risks associated with my medical condition. However, after repeated reassurance that implants were my only suitable option, I agreed to 5 implants, which were placed the same morning the new treatment plan was explained to me. This gave me no meaningful opportunity to consult my endocrinologist or specialist care team before undergoing irreversible surgery.

During my second visit, I clearly selected a “Hollywood” smile design. However, at the trial fitting, I was presented with a natural-looking design that did not match what I had requested. I immediately raised concerns both verbally and in writing and was repeatedly reassured that the teeth were “not final” and that changes would still be made.

The clinic has since stated that I did not raise concerns during treatment. However, I did raise concerns on the day the incorrect teeth were presented to me and continued to repeat those concerns throughout my visit, both verbally and in writing. I also have dated and time-stamped evidence supporting this.

At no stage during the process was I ever shown or allowed to properly trial the Hollywood design I had originally chosen and agreed to. Instead, the day before my flight home, I was presented with the final teeth and told all changes had already been completed. I felt rushed, exhausted after hours in the dental chair, and unable to properly assess the final result before permanent fitting.

I was also sent away without temporary teeth during treatment, which caused significant pain, anxiety, embarrassment, and difficulty eating.

After returning home, my specialists requested the clinic’s 3D scans due to the complexity of my case and my high-risk medical status. I was then informed that no 3D scans, digital planning, or guided implant placement had been used and that my implants had been placed freehand. This had never been explained to me beforehand despite my repeated concerns about healing and bone loss.

I was also concerned that I did not receive my implant documentation after surgery and had to request this on the final day before my departure. In addition, I was mistakenly sent another patient’s image with my name attached to it, which raised further concerns regarding their data handling.

Although I initially left a positive review while still at the clinic, this was after ongoing reassurance and encouragement to leave feedback before returning home. At the time, I genuinely believed my concerns would still be resolved.

Since returning home, I have made attempts to contact the clinic regarding my concerns, but I do not feel that my situation has been taken seriously or addressed appropriately. My issue is not simply that I signed consent forms, but that I do not believe I was given sufficient information, time, or opportunity to make fully informed decisions regarding the major changes to my treatment and the procedures carried out.

Due to the seriousness of these concerns, I will now be submitting my documented evidence, medical letters, and communications to the relevant authorities in Turkey for further review.

I searched for a good clinic for two years in a row, and thank God I found Dental Harmony. All the staff were very polite, especially Dr. Ahmet Emre. He explained everything I needed to know and always asked if everything was okay.

Great experience from start to finish, the staff at harmony couldn’t do enough for you, we were picked up and dropped off every appointment by a private transfer which was always waiting at reception in the hotel and taken straight back. Once my treatment was finished the guy who deals with all the online adverts Instagram posts etc took us to the beach for some shoots, he then sat and spoke with my husband whilst I had my remaining treatment about the city and where to visit before leaving, him and my patient coordinator where especially helpful throughout everything constantly making me feel at ease I will definitely recommend harmony to all family and friends. I am so happy with my results my teeth look amazing and so natural exactly how I asked.
