And made my experience very comfortable..was not to sure what to expect but I have no regrets at all..

So far having my implants done am impressed n service is good

After already leaving a review about the horrific experience we had at DentalCare, I gave them the opportunity, via email, to address my concerns and rectify the situation. Despite this, I have been completely ignored.

My mother is an elderly woman with existing health issues. Since returning from DentalCare, she has been left in significant pain. Her mouth is severely swollen, she is unable to eat, and she is clearly suffering. The lack of aftercare, support, or even basic communication from DentalCare is not only unacceptable but deeply concerning.

To ignore an elderly patient who is in visible distress and pain following dental treatment is, in my view, negligent and shows a complete disregard for patient welfare. If DentalCare believe this level of care and subsequent silence is acceptable, then this matter will have to be escalated further.

I am now left with no option but to pursue this through formal complaints procedures and seek external advice, as my mother’s health and wellbeing cannot be ignored.

Excellent service , your treated like an executive why you're there I will never go back to a uk dentist

Everything from start to finish was absolutely incredible from picking us up at the airport promptly, kind and caring drivers.Hotel absolutely perfect ,quick and easy transfers to clinic. Once at the clinic I was immediately put at ease ,as I was very nervous. Each part of my treatment was thoroughly explained with price and care options. The clinic itself is spotless ,the team are very professional and make you feel very safe and welcome the whole time you are with them. During my treatment I was given enough pain medication to not feel anything. I'm not saying there wasn't any pain but can honestly say it was minimal. The Dr Metin did my filing ,he was so good and careful and reassured me throughout the treatment. I had a lady Dr that did my root canals , I forget her name but she was brilliant too. Then I had my surgeon Dr Armed (Albert), who I can't recommend enough ,he was so kind and gentle . I had a lot of work done 6 implants and a sinus lift all in one go ,which I was petrified about.But he made the procedure relatively painless and pleasant. I really can't thank the whole team enough for taking care of me . I can't wait to return in July to complete my new smile. X

Absolutely shocking communications with their public facing customer service people. I was honest and said I’m shopping around for quotes and have over all information, nae age meds etc along with what I need (sinus lift) and wha I wanted (all on 4-5) and what I got was a quote of over £14k for 5 single implants.

Whilst waiting for quotes I was badgered by these lot continuously at all times via msg and calls even after telling several
Times I will not be taking calls.

Then, after politely saying I with not be using the company I got an insulting msg starting, with all due respect, (back up dipstick) and continued with a telling off saying I should be putting price before my health etc. wouldn’t mind but thy haven’t a clue who I am going with and besides that, I’ve probably got more qualifications in dentistry then the person talking to me s, with all due respect, get over yourselves I’m not an idiot and know what to do when seeking private surgical work in a country the people still wipe their arse with their hands thank you.

This place is absolutely outstanding 20 teeth out and 12 implants in never felt thing after care is something else also Keep contact with me throughout the treatment and hotel and transfers to from clinic were amazing highly recommend Dentakay

Great,Staff is very friendly

I visited Denyakay Antalia for the first time in July 2025 expecting to pay £3600 for 22 porcelain crowns, 4 route canals and 2 implants. A salesman brought me to a room and advised me to get Zirconium crowns instead of porcelain and said that I needed a Gingivectomy (laser treatment removing excess gum) on 10 reeth this pushed the price up to £7,298. I was shocked but I borrowed the money to complete the treatment. The procedure on this trip was pretty good and didn't have to wait more than an hour for the appointments and everything was completed on time.
On my 2nd trip however.. everything took a new turn .. I was informed that I had to cover my own flights and accommodation for 5 days as my treatment would take place overb3 to 4 days, i booked an extra 3 nights at the hotel so that i could enjoy some holidaytime in Antalya. The flights and accommodation cost me £1050.00 and on top of that I had to pay an extra £1018.00 to Dentakay .. this pushed the costs of my dental treatment up to £9366.00 which alone is pretty expensive. I attended Dentakay on the Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, I was told at reception that this would be my final day. When the Dentist went to fit my final teeth (implants + 2 crowns which was missed the 1st time) he told me that the new teeth were the wrong colour and had to be sent back, he also removed some of my old crowns to send back with them so that the colour would match my other teeth. This extended my treatment plan (lucky I booked extra time in Antalya) this took up my holiday time as I got an extra 2 route canals and my teeth fitted on the Thursady&Friday. I was glad it was over and booked a trip to Pammulale on Saturday. I woke up with an extremely sore mouth on Saturday morning which go progressively worse throughout the day, partly because of my teeth but my Jaw felt as if it was broken because on the Friday when the dentist was working on my back tooth he was gripping my jaw and forcing it back really forcefully. I informed dentakay who told me to come in that day but I explained to them that I wouldn't be back until late that day. I had to swap messages with 2 or 3 different departments in Dentakay who were obviously not talking to each other as I repeated myself several times over the course of the day (they still sent a car to the hotel) because of this, I couldn't catch my flight on Sunday and couldn't get a flight until the following Wednesday. I had to pay to change my flight and Dentakay (after arguing) agreed to pay for a hotel for an extra 2 nights (B&B at a separate hotel across town) because i would only need 2 appointments which meant that I had to cover the cost of the 3rd night and all my meals for the rest of the time, it turned out that Dentakay were workingnon my teeth until wednesday afternoon, i needed to pack up and take my luggage to the surgery to avoid extra charges. Over all this time at Dentakay I had to wait between 1.5 - 3 hours after my appointment time to be seen. My Dentist was very impatient, very rough and sometimes rude. The Dentist & the assistant were constantly taking phone calls and sending texts and laughing and joking, there were also alot of people opening the door and coming in for a chat to the dentist or the assistant. Downstairs in the waiting room was always busy with people coming and going and it was very disorganised. I was also approached by one of the girls trying to sign me off before my treatmentwas complete. I am still having problems with my teeth and I will probably have to go back at some stage in early 2026 which I am really not looking forward to, I will probably have to fund that also. In Summary, Dentakay Antalya provide lovely, good quality teeth but it is a busy production line and once they have your money they lose interest in your comfort or happiness.

80% of the work they have done has to be removed and redone.

When I first contacted dentikay, I was a little bit spectacle.But as soon as I opened the door all the anticipation went, amazing place wonderful people and the expertise is out of this world, for someone that's not smiled in 32 years, I can't stop now, I have nothing but love for them😁❤️

Excellent service, treatment, care and results

Thank you Dentakay Antalya for my new smile 😃 I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for a perfect smile. Everyone there was so helpful and answered all my silly questions, spacial thanks to my dentist and his team which had enough patience to treat me. One month after my second visit and I can say I'm fully recovered now and I can smile with confidence. Once again thank you Dentakay :)

Je souhaite partager mon expérience avec la clinique Dentakay, afin d’éviter à d'autres personnes de vivre la même chose.

Avant mon départ pour la Turquie, j’ai été en contact avec un commercial très rassurant. Il m’a expliqué que pour 4200 €, tout serait compris : traitement, opération, hébergement, transport. J’ai donc versé un acompte de 1000 € à distance, puis une autre somme sur place, pensant que tout était clair et finalisé.

Sur place, tout semble parfait au début : hôtel, accueil… Mais une fois installé, on me présente un nouveau devis avec des frais supplémentaires, alors qu’on m’avait promis à plusieurs reprises qu’il n’y aurait aucun coût caché. J’ai beaucoup insisté pour connaître le prix final avant de venir, on m’a assuré que 4200 € était le montant total, sans surprises. C’était faux.

Le personnel qui fait le devis ne pense qu'à l'argent. Aucun véritable contact humain, aucune compassion. J’ai eu l’impression d’être piégé. J’ai failli tout abandonner et rentrer sans traitement. Heureusement, j’ai pu refuser et partir, mais j’ai perdu du temps, de l’énergie et surtout 2600 € dans l’histoire (entre l’acompte, les frais non remboursés, le transport qui a aussi été facturé...).

Aucun geste commercial, aucune prise de responsabilité. Juste du marketing bien rodé pour attirer les patients étrangers.

Conseil : méfiez-vous. Faites vos soins dentaires dans votre pays, même si c’est plus cher. Au moins, vous comprenez ce qui se passe, vous êtes couverts par une assurance, et on ne vous force pas la main avec des devis qui changent à la dernière minute.

J’espère que mon expérience pourra servir à d’autres.

I have just finished my treatment it was absolutely amazing. Fantastic dentist i had no issues everything was plain sailing, i would highly recommend dentakay. Very pleased with the whole journey, thanks so much to everyone who has helped through my journey.

Good morning, my experience with Dentakay was the best. I felt very welcomed and safe during my treatment with qualified professionals everywhere, hotel transfer and the clinic staff and my dentist felt embraced by me and a big thank you to everyone Dentakay 1000/1000 :)

From start to finish the whole experience fantastic.
The transport to and from the hotel was always on time.
The clinic was immaculate and the staff across the board were supremely efficient and caring.
The equipment they use is very up to date, I personally haven’t seen some of the scanners they use in an English dentist.
The end result was amazing, although they are only temporary teeth.
The customer care team contacted me the day after I got home with relevant information should I have any problems.
I couldn’t fault anything about the experience. A true five star review.
