Great speedy service and quick response to my questions, delighted!! many thanks

I ordered a part (Stator for a Kawasaki VN900) From Dennis Winter.com on July 25th, all I've had was a payment received email on the day and nothing since after 2 weeks. Emails have been sent asking if there is an issue but no response.
First time I've bought from the store, and definitely the last.

Ebay order, clear description of what was included and what bikes if fitted. Fair price and prompt delivery. VAT invoice included without asking for it, important for business buyers.👍

Dennis Winter have hands down the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with, they truly can’t do enough to help you! It’s for that reason that they are always one of my first go to’s for my gear.

I run a charity motorcycle project for young people and have bought plenty of spares from Dennis Winter. I have always been pleased with their service, great value and the quality of the items received.

Very good buying experience from DW. Found their website to be best priced on the kit I wanted. Delivery was quick and cost-effective I did have one little issue and the customer care team resolved it efficiently and were easy to communicate with. Recommended.

Always easy to deal with and their prices are pretty reasonable for quality items

I recently purchased some motorcycle rim shield wheel protectors.I was very pleased to say the least with my purchase.
These rim protectors are superior quality by far compared with other types i’ve used in the past.
The build quality and design made it a million percent easier to change my bike tyres. They were easy to control and didn’t split or fall inside the tyre.
They may cost a little bit more than other brands but it’s a small price to pay for quality and to simplify what is usually a right chew on.
When I placed my order it was dispatched within a couple of hours and arrived well before the estimated delivery date.
I would recommend this item and seller to anyone.
Excellent all round service.

I have just purchased a couple of items from Dennis Winter,it isn’t the first time using them as I have purchased items previously from them.I have honestly been impressed with the quality of the items. The very competitive prices and the speedy dispatch and delivery of goods.never had any problems.would recommend and will use again.

Ordered the parts online and in less than 2 weeks the parts arrived from the UK to Australia. It's a 3 month wait to get parts from the States. His online store has everything you need for your motorcycle builds or if you just wast some extra power at very competitive prices, Dennis is the man.

Very good price, good quality branded product, arrived very quickly.
Makes the process very simple and positive
