The clothes are extremely high quality but as with any small business that does capsule collections, fulfillment is going to take a while as a lot of their stuff is on pre-order. I ordered from their Gengar collection around the time they were in hot water with Nintendo so I expected to wait a long time for it. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all situation, but because of the nature of it, subscribing to their newsletter offered constant updates on the collection. When they finally started shipping out orders from it, my order had been stuck in processing/pre-shipment for weeks. I texted their support number (which goes directly to the owner) and instead of telling me to wait or something he expedited the processing of my order by just packing it himself and I saw updates within the next few days. Small businesses are NOT fast fashion businesses with mega warehouses meant to push out orders constantly, they are small teams. If you want to support small businesses, you have to give up the luxury and privilege of 3-5 day processing time because most of the time that is not how that works.

I’ve ordered from this site 3 times now. First two were great, got my things in a timely manner and didn’t have any problems. The third time I ordered was about 8 months ago. I’ve tried communicating with them about my order but they give me the same bs everytime saying orders are being processed and what not. If you don’t want to be scammed don’t order here!

I made two purchases February 22, 2024 and still have not received my items or even shipping. They send emails occasionally stating the items or stuck in customs or blame it on the holidays. But it’s honestly ridiculous that I’ve waited over a year for my items. Also they don’t do refunds…. I’ve tried to email them directly about my orders, but all I received was a forwarded email that they had already sent out. Not sure if I’ll risk ordering from them again :(

I fw this brand heavy, the only issue is that they take forever, I ordered 2 jackets February of last year and still no confirmation number, I have a order number that's about it but other than that I haven't received an update about the order since. I really believe in this brand and that it could go places I really do I hope they can fix this issue regarding the shipping and manufacturing

Ordered something on March 2024 and still have not received it. It is now March 2025. They constantly say there’s issues with manufacturing, getting items cleared, and a whole bunch of other bs. When you email they don’t want to help. They say not to email them asking about your order. Horrible customer service. Why are you selling items you haven’t even started production on. And then they continue to have sales. They delete any comments that are asking about their order or saying hey why haven’t I heard about my order. Do not buy from here.
Now they are lying saying my order is delivered when I have proof from my Shopify order saying order placed, no tracking number provided. And my shipping address is correct. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS “BRAND”

So I ordered a couple things mid december right, its march first and Im still not seeing no shipping confirmation of my clothes, I have bought from DB before and gotten my stuff but this new situation that everyone is going through is not okay DB. tighten up because I genuinely like the clothes

I have liked and wanted to continue to shop with this company. Don’t get me wrong their products look nice. However, I have ordered from them several times (about 3-5 times) and I’ve only ever received about 2 things. I’ve sent quite a bit of money on them, I’ve sent emails, and I’ve sent texts… they gave me a $100 gift card as a form of reimbursement and I’ve waited months for different orders and never received ANY… I’ve have been dealing with this since 2023 and have had no help and no updates regarding my issues. I have ordered several times in 2023, 24, and 24 with no help. I even TIPPED THEM!! Don’t get me wrong the two things I actually DID end up receiving were some pants and beanie. The pants I loved and still wear them but the beanie was a little small. It’s pretty upsetting seeing as I spent a lot of money on a company that J thought was really cool, even joined their discord and everything, but it’s pretty much a waste of money, time, and trust. I’m even still waiting for an order rn from months ago 😭 Hopefully, in due time the company gets better but yeah it just isn’t the best.

I’m not the type of guy to talk bad but dude this is straight up shit and unacceptable. I’ve waited over a damn year and haven’t received anything. I bought a hoodie, and 3 shirts and till this day I haven’t received absolutely jack shit. Just sorry upon sorry emails yet nothing. Mind this, I bought it the 3 of October of 2023. Absolutely nothing. And actually, before I bought this order, I actually ordered a hoodie that took months. This is just unacceptable honestly.

I would give them 5 stars but clothing takes absolutely way to long to come.i have a solution find a source in the United States stop waisting money and time with overseas businesses your losing customers with how your operating.with that being said I always get my clothing even through it takes long and the quality is very very good .I will continue to support but you have to fix this production and waiting time .

actually terrible. they never ship. and i mean literally never. i ordered maybe 3 orders in 2022. one arrived after about a year. the other 2 have never arrived. i contacted support numerous times and havent got a package and have also not got a refund. the item i did receive is terrible quality as well

literally waited a month for the package because they purposely shipped it out a month later instead of NEXT DAY. Then I get the package and it's just a key chain... like you lied to your own customers then gave a bullshit keychain. What a loser of a company.

They never ever ship anything. They only bombard you with emails apologizing with excuses on why you are delayed. They do not respond to contact. SUCH A SCAM!

Spent money, absolutely no correspondence or response for my email asking where the product I bought was. I ordered about 2 weeks ago now, and it hasn't even shipped, and they won't respond to any emails.

Scammers!!! Order my son hoodie back In December and here it is the end of January. No tracking number nor product. This company will send you the same generic email saying that they are working on processing orders. I should have known not to order from a company called Demons basement. At this point, just refund me my $60. This is sad that ppl are still scamming people in 2025.

ordered a soul eater jacket keep getting updates on orders x-y are going to be shipped but never got an email saying my order was confirmed i can see the charge on my statement but i order that jacket back in mid December it's almost February and i still have not gotten tracking information and the recent reviews of months long wait times doesn't give me any good feelings about this company also the lack of any actual influencers or even humans wearing and modeling these clothes on any social media or their website is concerning as well will update once i receive my item if i get it at all at this rate

Update: cannot get a single response from the company through email Instagram or calling the phone number associated with the company been trying for almost a week now only update I've seen is their shippers are messing up so bad orders that were placed in November are finally being shipped out not gonna be shocked if I get my jacked in April and have it smell like some Turkish sweat shop if I get it at all by this point

Daughter placed an order February 2024, here we are January 2025, and still have not received the order. Their canned responses when you inquire the status of the order is absolute BS! I see how they respond to others claiming they are not scammers, well that is BS too! You are scammers, and should not be using God Bless to end your response when you are doing the Devils work! Joke of a company. Don’t give your time or patronage to this garbage company. The clothing is just cut and paste pre-made graphics stuck on .03$ alibaba pre-made garments. Their quality and customer service makes SHEIN look like Chanel

Edit/response: no, it was definitely your company. I’ll just post the interactions between myself and “customer support” so people can read them for themselves. The reviews you have on Trustpilot says A LOT. If I were to reach out to this company they wouldn’t even know how to respond. You know the old guy playing WOW on south park with the fibromyalgia, wrist cuff? That’s who it feels is behind this company (at least customer service).

In conclusion, I would save yourself the time, money, and aggravation, and just avoid this company at all cost.

They can’t even be bothered to leave an actual response to these bad reviews. Even THAT is copy-pasted. Says a lot! Tens of thousands of supporters 😂😂😂!? Are we talking bots you bought off the dark web to fill your IG with? Those “supporters”? I really hope ya’ll didn’t quit your day jobs.
