helmet did not fit, so sent back to aus from the uk . and after a week still no refund,

emails and watsapp basicly ignored or boycotted. still no refund

Helmet is excellent. Low profile and great fit. Only negative waited over 3 weeks for helmet to arrive . Later i was told they were waiting for a shipment to come in but in the end very happy with the helmet.

It's impossible to get hold of this company! Complete scam, never received even a confirmation email from them. I'm currently trying to get my money back from them via PayPal and my bank. Please do not purchase from them, they'll take your money and you'll never be able to contact them!

Horrible delivery times, i've been waiting for 3 weeks already and they are still preparing my shipment according to their support. The delivery policy feels like i'm back in 1991.

Entreprise chinoise ce qui met un temps particulièrement long pour être livré, la qualité du textile est completement synthétique de type plastique même s'il indique le contraire nul coton dans le tissu. Le disign des vêtements proposés est sympa mais la qualité du textile est réellement catastrophique, c'est impossible à porter car sous ces vetement en plastique on sue abondamment.

- Support antwortete schnell auf Emails (1-2 Tage)

I ordered a short sleeve polo shirt. From the pictures it appeared to be a regular cotton shirt. Nothing arrive for several weeks. When it did, the shirt is some kind of synthetic or polyester fabric. I would not want to wear something made from that fabric. As I looked at other reviews, the people had similar experiences. If I had done that, I would NEVER have bought anything from this company.

I don't understand why Facebook cannot be held liable for permitting thieves to advertise on the platform. I made the mistake of not checking this company out more closely and, like so many others, I have been ripped off. Money taken 6 weeks ago, no product provided and no way to contact the "company."

They shamelessly stole the artwork from a small artist I know, and are ignoring their request to bring the artwork down. This is a crime.

Do Not order from them if you see site up again. Website is down after they accepted payment for order nearly $50. I never received my products. My debit card was charged.

DO NOT BUY FROM! Fit is horrible and return is impossible. Site offers you a particle refund or ship back to China.

I ordered quote a few items from them. Delivery a bit long but for the rest I'm happy with what I received. Obviously, if you know how to knit or even knit like I do, you're obviously aware that the items they are selling for low prices can't possibile be handknitted.

Not worth 1 star. Product is printed on a cheap and thin polyester material, similar to a kids fancy dress costume material. Definitely not what they show on their website.
