Another smooth transfer to and from airport to Newcastle Staffs, great communication- always good to them check in a couple of days before. We have used for many years and can highly recommend Deluxe travels - always takes a lot of stress out of the holiday when you know there is such a reliable service at either end of your break.

We used Deluxe Travel Stoke Ltd taxi for our family's relocation journey from Stoke-on-Trent, England to Sydney, Australia on Monday, 20th July 2026. Emigrating across the world with three very young children—including twin toddlers and an infant—is incredibly daunting, but this company provided the absolute perfect start to our journey.

Our driver, Beebo, was phenomenal. He was genuinely kind, incredibly polite, and highly professional throughout the entire trip. We shared fantastic conversations along the way, which completely eased our pre-flight anxieties.

Beebo went out of his way to help us handle our massive, heavy luggage load, loading and unloading every single bag safely at Manchester Airport Terminal 2. Most importantly, his driving was impeccable. He kept strictly to the speed limits, making my family's safety his absolute number one priority.

Absolutely fantastic company, we arranged a pickup for 3.30am and they arrived at 3.10 so no panic whatsoever at that time of morning. We had a party of 8 with 2 being small children, 1 age 5 and 1 age 2 and they even supplied fitted child seats for the 2 kids. The guys at deluxe travel were brilliant. We were a group of 19 on a hen party. They were on time to collect us and take us to the airport and they were on time picking us up from the airport. When we landed they advised they were on a car park 7 mins away and to contact them when we had our luggage so that they could make their way to us. This worked perfectly and the journey to and from the airport was incredibly stress free and smooth. They were also very organised with reminders for our upcoming booking and efficient with booking confirmations. They are also very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend these guys. As the person organising the hen do deluxe travels made an already stressful job a lot easier so thank you!

Extremely courteous people, helpful and thoughtful. Spotlessly clean vehicles and bottled water provided. Communication is so important particularly with an airport transfer, Deluxe Taxis are second to none, I received confirmation messages the day before pickup, on the day of the pickup and an hour before actual pickup, the same communication for the return journey. Along with a top class vehicle I expected this kind of service to be expensive but I was quite surprised to find that Deluxe Taxis cost less than other taxis I had used.
