I bought seven cinema seats from Delux Deco. When I went to the showroom Graham was very helpful and informative about the different products they had on offer. Because I was building my cinema room the process went on for quite a while and I visited the store lots of times. Graham was very patient with me whilst I made my decision and there was no pressure. Once the order was made I was kept well informed throughout the whole process and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would highly recommend Delux Deco for their wonderful service.

Great company to deal with. Very professional. We were kept well informed of the progress of the order. We ordered modular leather sofas which were imported from Italy. It took 5 months to make them. But well worth the wait. They are simply gorgeous and extremely well made. As good as branded, possibly better. Once they arrived, the sofas were delivered and installed professionally. Bought large cinema room sofas. Extensive range of products in showroom and very knowledgeable and helpful staff who understood the various options and specs. Delivery from China was exactly in line with timescales stated (10-13 weeks) and the service delivered and set up to room. Very impressive service and products are high quality. Would highly recommend!

Great experience with Delux Deco on the purchase of my new cinema seats. From initial videos on WhatsApp to a visit of their showroom. Every thing was brilliant. Ran was always on hand if I needed to ask any questions. And to top it off the seats are brilliant.

I visited the Windsor show room, which I would highly recommend as seeing the seats in their bespoke environment really helped me make my choice. The salesman was knowledgeable and I felt he was sincere in advising me rather than just pushing for a sale. I ordered six Universal Ultimate 3 cinema seats and accessories and a deal was put together. Shipping took a little longer than expected but Natasha was brilliant at providing me the information I needed. The delivery team were exemplary. The seats are now in place, they ooze quality and showcase the room.
Purchasing from Delux Deco was a trouble free and pleasant experience.

Travelled in person from Leeds to look at the sofas we were interested in. Ranveer gave us all the time we needed and answered our questions. The order was placed that weekend with further input from Ranveer. The sofas have now arrived and are exactly as advertised. The fitters were excellent on the day of delivery. We have already measured up the conservatory and will be placing another order through Delux Deco.

The showroom had great choices with a variety of prices. Both the sales reps we spoke to were helpful, knowledgable and no upselling which made us feel more comfortable and allowed us to choose at our own pace and what we actually wanted to buy. The sofa was delivered within the given timeline and was a clean, efficient delivery. The delivery men were polite and helpful and set it all up for us which was very appreciated. The sofa looks amazing and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back in the future!

I purchased the Bellini Modular sofa. It arrived yesterday and was delighted. Lovely Matt velvet, quality build and comfort. Second sofa brought from DD the best quality for the best price . I looked everywhere and couldn’t find anything for my budget like this company. RAN was my sales person and he remembered me from before . I have a fractured back and had to have a sofa that would accommodate that he went out of his way above and beyond testing the support etc and the different materials for me as I also have pets. I think my sofa took max 5 weeks to arrive would only use this company. 5plus stars for product and lovely sales person I trusted him so much and he was that thorough I didn’t even need to visit to pick my sofa out .
