2 months still waiting for my order, no explanation, no refund. Absolute scammers

I ordered a coffee table. My parcel said it would be delivered between 3-10 days I was reassured the parcel is being packed and properly prepared before it’s sent out I waited another two weeks. I checked the tracking website today that they have given me and it said the product has been delivered. The product has not been delivered and I have a prof of blink camera that no one has been in at this time. Basically a scam

Do not order you will never get the product just the run around keep promising no delivery ,no refund this has been since April,DO NOT ORDER,unless you want to kiss your money goodbye

Bought an office chair. It was never delivered, what a surprise.
I have had nothing but a total run around with this company since August of last year. What an absolute joke and utter scam.

This is a ghost company take your money and nothing in return do not try to order anything because you will lose your money

I placed an order on this website and paid for the product, but I never received anything. It has now been over 7 days, and there is no real update or delivery.

I tried contacting their support, but I did not get any helpful response. This experience makes me believe this is not a trustworthy or legitimate business.

I strongly recommend that others be very careful and avoid ordering from this site, as you may lose your money just like I did.

I have reported this case to my bank and to the police.

Been waiting for over a month, received an email saying item delivered, never got it

This is a scam I ordered a foot stool/ dog ramp on the 6/4/26 and haven’t received it. Same as other people getting told firstly a delay and then it was delivered and given false tracking details. This item was ordered through tik tok so be very careful buying anything through tik tok

I purchased some ladder from this said company via Face book market place and paid the amount of 41.67$ on 22 April but never recived the order acknowledgment by email as advertised by them.
Thier site on Facebook is LINCALN , WHILE THIER EMSIL IS support @dellberry.com and the only been transferred to thier account under Eftpos storepromodeals.....!
By following up by emailing to thier email address no reply revived and by checking API as well as reviews on Google it seems this is just an scam and fishing sites and not real.
I am still following up, but it seems I have been cheeted and this was an scam site....

I've had the same experience! This is a fraud operation! Stay clear. I am contacting Tic Tok fraud department as this is there responsibility as is stated in so many complaints.

Do not buy from this website. They are running a "Ghost Shipping" scam. I placed an order through TikTok advert big mistake and, after weeks of waiting, I received two conflicting emails on the same day: one saying my order had not yet been shipped, and another claiming it had already been delivered!

Their tracking system is fraudulent. It showed a package traveling from China to the UK and being delivered in less than 24 hours, which is physically impossible. They provide tracking numbers that show a "delivered" status in your postcode, but to a completely different address, just to trick the bank and avoid giving refunds.

If you have been scammed by them, do not wait for their "support" to reply—they will only lie to buy time. Contact your bank immediately and file a chargeback for "Item Not Received." I did this and successfully got my money back. Avoid at all costs!

Omg, first of all I would like to say that I blame TikTok OK because it had it not been for TikTok. I never would have been been acquainted with this really screwed up company OK they’re scammers they make me sick. They just keep sending me email after email and it’s not even the matter of the money anymore. I’m just pissed off because I was so stupid. I should’ve read the reviews before I did it, but I really do I blame TikTok. They should be held accountable for the people and the scammers and the scum that they allowed to advertise on their website, so TikTok sucks too.

I ordered a 4 wheel cart to put groceries in or anything I needed it for I emailed them 3 time no response I should have known it was to good to be true but I gave them a chance no answer back no product nothing I found them on Facebook I go on there now I can't find that company any where. But it's ok their time is coming you SCAMMED alot of people and it's not right our hard earned money do not use this company at all.

Ordered a gaming table for my granddaughter for xmas. Obviously it never arrived and l have nothing but the run around from this ( fake ) company. Each email promising delivery and once l told them just to refund my money l keep getting standard replys. DO NOT order from this company.

I really wish I had gone with the reviews I had read. Unfortunately I ordered a small bathroom unit in September 2025 and to date the unit hasn't been received. They took my money and after quite a few emails I asked for a refund. They kept apologising - knowing I was never going to receive the unit! They said they would refund my money but minus the shipping fee for something I never received! KEEP CLEAR ZoF THESE FRAUDSTERS!

The biggest store scam I have ever experienced, I have ordered an item and paid for it and the money has been withdrawn and I have requested for my item at least 25 times and received just as many excuses but no money and no item, so I would never recommend anyone to do business with that company.

I would give a negative if I could as this is such a scam! They have seriously taken so much from people and is a disgrace!
