Postage is ridiculously slow. 3 weeks from purchase to receiving. The store is in Melbourne and I’m in Sydney. Unacceptable.

Ordered Wavy Checkerboard Acrylic Coasters. 3 of 6 were poorly printed and partially scratched off. They offered $10 off. Poor quality control

Rugs took ages to arrive. The backing smelt toxic/ like Chinese poison so I put one rug on the 15 min cycle. It now looks atrocious with horrid creases and the images faded. Customer service ignores your emails. As a designer, I am an expert in washing artisan rugs. This rug is NOT artisan. You are better off buying a cheap mass produced rug from a chain store such as Bed Bath N Table.

Ordered lamps from this store .
Both received with non compliant Australian electrical plugs . One lamp also faulty said I could return for replacement . Solution offered to refund 10 percent of cost so I could purchase an international plug to be able to use . 1 lamp returned to be replaced . One month after chasing them multiple times and I lamp retuned I’m told I’m not eligible for a replacement ! That that should not have been promised twice !
They offered to refund me and asked me to repurchase the lamp as that was their policy .
Unfortunately due to this taking multiple attempts almost 2 months to come to this unsatisfactory result I no longer feel confident ordering from this company .
This company is just on selling stuff from China , and have no care for customers when there’s a problem .
It is highly questionable that the lamps were electrically compliant with Australian electrical standards .
