We 3 girls were mistreated and felt unsafe
We 3 girls were out in Oslo and booked a Yango. The Yango driver wanted to renegotiate the booked price and when we showed them the booking confirmation we were asked to exit the Yango and the driver cancelled the reservation. We refused the vehicle because we wanted to reach and discuss the matter with the customer service. The Yango drove with us in the car and was abusive and tried to hijack us. The driver would not stop the car and made us 3 girls very unsafe and frightened for our life. Finally we got some help from another taxi driver who witnessed the entire episode.
Yango is unsafe and should not be allowed on Oslo streets.
No one should use Yango.

Yango is refusing to deal with a driver…
Yango is refusing to deal with a driver who refused to give me a ride I ordered with them because I dress as a woman. They will not tell me what and how they will deal with the driver . The driver refused me and kept telling me that he will not drive me . He fully refused me!. Would not open the window even to answer . Just totally refused. I asked Yango to tell me how will the deal with the driver after they will speak to him and they say it is privet.

Shaity company with shait customer…
Shaity company with shait customer service, they charged me 8$ for nothing and refused to give me my money back. They have now given me 10 bulls*** excuses and the first one was that I had reaches russian uber customer service in their app!? Im from Norway. They blame the problem on me and used 4 days just for me to not get shait. Frick off Yango

1 star is generous they deserve 0. Customer service does no exsist with this company. They refuse to delete my account and delete my data. Company that are clear law breakers and all they care about is taking your money.

This company is owned by Yandex, Russia’s equivalent to Google, which had been accused of stifling the flow of information about the war in Ukraine to people living in Russia. There is a picture in today’s papers of Yandex’s founder with his arm around Putin. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF CARE ABOUT UKRAINE

Bad service and fake promotion
Bad service and fake promotion. They are advertising that they offer 30% off for the first three deliveries in Feb in London. After my first order the 2nd delivery is at full price. Complained to customer support team who said that they have emailed the tech team. However it's been 24hrs or so since I lodged my complaint. So much for a company that claims to deliver in 15 minutes!! I wasted all of my Sat dealing with it. Will not shop with them again, may lodge my complaint with the trading office as they have sent out a fake promotion.
