Total scam

Total scam! About 2 weeks before Christmas I came across an ad on Facebook for these beautiful Hummingbird ornaments, saying delivery beforeXmas (I know. Red flag.) The website is set up in a way that when I tried to check out my cart, new offers kept popping up. I tried to just exit but instead ordered 23 more ornaments! There was no option to cancel. I reached out to customer service. We sent about 20 emails back no forth, talking to a different person each time. They offered a$5 refund. Then a $12 refund. But after warning them that I would report to my bank as fraud, then they refunded the entire amount of $121. I left it at that. 2 weeks go by and the ornaments come. The ornament is so fake and not at all what was in the picture! Thank goodness they were free. I wouldn't have paid $5 for it.
Stay away from this site. Its a total scam.

If I could give this company a -0 I…

If I could give this company a -0 I would. The hummingbird ornament looks nothing like the picture, it’s a cheap piece of plastic with hummingbird pictures. Buyer beware of this company!!

Beautiful earrings, could ensure safer packaging

The earrings are very nice, but the packaging was done very carelessly. The wrapping was decent but when I opened the box, the earrings were just floating around in the box and the pearls had some minor scratches from rubbing against one another. The scratches weren’t bad enough to warrant a return, but it just dampened my excitement.

Unfortunately, the packaging of the Les Meres brand, from which you ordered earrings, is designed in such a way that the earrings are indeed loosely placed in the pouch within the box and not secured.

We will certainly consider what we can add to the Les Meres packaging to ensure that the jewellery is secured during transportation. We always strive to package orders as carefully as possible.

Your order was shipped the day after it was received and you received a tracking number immediately.
Your order was later returned labeled "wrong address". We have written to you about this immediately and are waiting for you to clarify your address.
We did our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be responsible for the correctness of the data in the order and the speed of the couriers.

A five star company.

The communication, help, advice and back up were excellent. I cannot fault this company. The jewellery was delivered quickly and we’re quality items.
