I bought 3 of the 1.0. I bought an all black 2.0 that my daughter commandeered so I had to get another all black 2.0 a couple of weeks ago. I received it last week just when the mocha came out so I ordered that,as well. I think I like your shoes a bit much:)

Absolute wonderful customer service. They reached out when they noticed something odd with the order I had placed. I had issues with my computer when I placed the order and they caught it and corrected it. Contacting me to make sure all was proper. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I LOVE these shoes! I just ordered my 2nd and 3rd pairs.

I get compliments on mine all the time, and they're incredibly comfortable. I had surgery on both of my feet when I was 18 (I'm almost 48 now), and I've struggled ever since to find shoes that are truly comfortable enough to wear all day. I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars on shoes (including very expensive name-brands) over the years, and these are some of the best I've ever owned.

Customer support is also top-notch, which is hard to find these days. (I own a call center...so I know!)

It's rare that I find a brand worth buying over and over again, but De Florence is definitely one of them.

Firstly, it has taken me almost three years to find a pair of shoes that were comfortable to walk-in and did not squeeze my feet. DeFlorance was the first pair that I was able to do both. Hence, why I have purchased five pairs of shoes for my family and friends.

Since, I have purchased multiple pairs of DeFlorance, I had a technical problem with my online order due to the different sizes and colors. However, the Team responded quickly and efficiently. The customer service experience was excellent. It was great to correspond with a person who is committed to fix the technical problem with the order. Now, more of my family and friends will be able to walk in comfort.

My experience with this company to say the very least has been nothing but professional and satisfactory plus. My order got dropped off at the wrong place by the shipping company and once contacted and provided with the correct evidence showing that my package did not get dropped off to my home where the address clearly stated on the package. It took them no time at all to get my order replaced and reshipped and I appreciate how fast and professional they were on top of the shoes I bought are the cutest and the best shoes I have ever put on my feet. I am an executive housekeeper and on my feet for at least 12 hours a day and before I got these shoes my feet would hurt at the end of the day but since I've owned these shoes it has been reduced ten fold if not totally. I mean im old so a little pain in the old bones sometimes comes with the territory but I recommend to buy these shoes and keep buying them. So far I've bought 3 pairs and I will prob continue to buy them until I dont need shoes anymore lol .

This is my second pair, and I couldn’t be happier! These shoes are incredibly stylish while also being some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. I can walk for hours without any discomfort, which is rare to find in a shoe that looks this good.
I have wide feet, and finding shoes that fit well can be a challenge, but these are absolutely perfect. They provide plenty of room without sacrificing style. I receive compliments on them all the time and am constantly asked where I got them.

hello, i only wore my sneakers once due to the pressure on my toe. i gave it a 5 star rating because of my customer service experience. i received a prompt reply, helpful feedback, and a courtesy discount code. customer service means just as much as a great product.

I BOUGHT YOUR SHOES AND WAS LIKE JUST ANOTHER PAIR THAT MAY OR MAY NOT WORK FOR MY FEET. I HAVE SM FEET(6-6.5) PLUS THEY ARE WIDE(D-E)AND NARROW ANKELS, WITH AN ARCH. SO FINDING SHOES IS A CHALLENGE. I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN I STARTED WEARING YOUR SHOES. I LOVE HOW LIGHT WEIGHT THEY ARE AND ACTUALLY COMFORTABLE, ESP FOR WORKING IN HOSPITAL, I AM ON FEET ALOT.

1. Plastic the shoes came in was opened and not sealed. 2. It looks like shoes were previously worn, as there are visible markings on the bottom of shoe. 3. There is a crease/permanent indent on one shoe that will not straighten out. 4. Shoes have a really bad plastic/chemical smell. Had to cut my losses on this because they said it will cost $30 to ship back to CHINA and they only offer a 10% refund. Not worth the hassle. If I would have known more information about this, I wouldn't have ordered in the first place. Shoes are very cheap and offer 0 support. Don't fall for this!

Took 3 weeks to arrive. No option to return/exchange except by sending them back to China, at my own expense. Even though they shipped from CA. They smelled awful. I was told it’s because they are stored in containers. Not a European company but has a European name.

Edit: After submitting the review below, the company reached out to me and offered to send me a new pair of shoes to try. I feel like that was nice of them, and they are trying to ensure good customer service. At least they care about what their customers think and want to help. They have prompt responses to any questions and issues.

Do not order from here and expect to be able to return your shoes. You will have to pay return shipping, which they say will cost around $30. They offer for you to keep the shoes and they will refund 10% of your cost. The shoes are clunky and not as flattering on as they are in photos. I guess I'll try to sell mine online.

Yes the shoes fit and so comfortable . I still have the old version which is now almost 3 years old. New version toe is wider and this is much more comfortable for my foot. Love the beige I had them in the black version.

These shoes are amazing. They are cute. They are trendy. I am on my feet for long hours and my feet are loving these shoes. 10/10 in my book.

This is my second pair of these shoes. Last time I ordered the brown and black ones and just got the all black ones and I’m in love with them. I love that they added the cloud 2.0. Makes them even more comfortable. I did have a dent in the toe of one of my shoes. I just wrote customer service. They got back with me in a few hours and sent me a new pair. My shoes were delivered fast and the customer service was great.

Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service is extremely poor and unresponsive. I contacted them immediately after receiving the shoes due to issues, but never received a reply. When I followed up, they claimed they never got my original email. I resent the message with photos, and again was told they never received it.

This went on for about four weeks, and by the time they finally responded properly, they refused to help, saying I was now outside the 30-day return window. Completely unacceptable.

On top of that, the shoes themselves are low quality and not worth the money. Overall, a frustrating experience with both the product and the service. I will not be buying from them again.

DeFlorance is a great shoe, high quality and extremely comfortable. I ordered the incorrect size and contacted customer service through email. I received a response within an hour of my original email and they quickly resolved the issue. They also sent me a discount code. Excellent customer service to say the least. Highly recommend!!

First of all, I did not read the fine print that says you have to pay shipping to return these items. That would have clued me in that shipping was going to be outrageous.
Second, these shoes did not provide any arch support for me at ALL.
I emailed the company and that’s when I learned that I could not return them unless I wanted to pay about $70 to ship them to China. They were very gracious though and offered to send me a larger size and what they described as inserts that would provide more arch support. All of this was sent to me at no cost. They sent a larger shoe size to accommodate the new inserts. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated their efforts. However, the inserts also provided no arch support for me. The shoes are cute, but I was disappointed in the quality of support they offer my feet. I will never buy shoes on line again if there is not free return shipping.

DeFlorance was excellent to work with when I made a mistake and ordered two pairs of the same color. Realizing my mistake, I immediately reached out and they rectified the situation in a timely fashion. They even reached out again to ensure I received the correct order. The shoes themselves are super comfortable too.

These shoes are marketed with claims of "300% certified comfort," "Clinically Designed for Pain Relief,"
"Aligns your spine and improves balance," "Designed to help your feet stay healthy," and "No more sore feet after a long day of standing." I wore them around my house for almost 2 hours and had to take them off because my feet were aching they were so uncomfortable. I started the return process and found out that their other claim of "Money Back Guarantee: you have up to 30 days from the receipt of the product to change your mind and send it back to us," means you can return the shoes but you have to pay for shipping to China which is about $30 from the USA east coast...not worth it for me since it's almost half the cost of the product.

Absolutely terrible do not buy the shoes from this company. They pretend to be an American company with a California address but they are a Chinese company and the only way to return. The shoes is to mail them back to China for US$150. They will not offer you anything except a 15% discount. The shoes are made poorly and they are humongous on the sides of your feet. They are not thin at all. If you have big feet, this may work for you but someone with average size or thin feet these look like clown shoes. The company will not work with you, they do not care to. And they are quite rude about it.
