The watch strap pin just comes out from the point which we strap round our wrist. They should have used a metal frame instead of the silicone which tends to loosen due to size of wrist and tightening force .

A nice watch for the price, but mine is always 5 or 6 mins fast. Resetting it doesn't change it. Only niggle really.

For this price, the Pascua is great, but I expected more.
Sport : bad quality GPS, lost 10% of the total distance on road running. No screen customization leads to bad visibility of the stats during activity.
Notifications : only a short preview, not any option to be able to open it, to ignore or reply.
Brightness : bad quality for the "turn on when the wrist is rotated. No automatic brightness adjustment. Then unable to read my watch during running outdoor, unless stopping the activity.
Screen : Not enough contrast nor brightness. About 100 fonts available, but none is my taste and it so labourious to change. Only one sellor on Amz for a screen protection.
Sound : too weak. not enough for a alarm, a waking alarm, nor during running activity.
Customer support : more than 24h to answer partially then problem no resolved. Not any reaction for these comments I'va made trough the "comments" section of the Deeprio App.

I received the order very fast but I have an Iphone so the pairing is not as good as I thought. I don’t receive all the notifications despite I marked all of them.

If I could change my mind, I would buy an Apple watch.

I have been trying to return my watch for a month now, as it was of poor quality.
I had to contact customer service myself as they have no way of returning these items
I had to pay for the return of the watch myself with a 10 euro fee
I have not heard from them since, it's a real scam

This watch worked for less than 6 months and the band broke.. Customer service was not helpful, they kept sending me basic instructions over and over again even though I had told them I had tried all the troubleshooting instructions already. It took multiple emails requesting a refund before they said they would get back to me "it takes time to process". Another week of silence and when I finally sent them a photo of the 1-year warranty card that came with the watch they agreed to refund me but only if I would send them my bank account information. They say they have no other means of refund. Totally unexceptable customer service and policies.

Bought a Deeprio Niagara smart watch, never again after having for a while keeps disconnecting from phone keeps loosing time and has now decided not to work at all total rubbish.

Bought the Vidaa Max for my husband for Father’s day. Everything works great so far except we can’t get the app registration verification to work. No verification code ever goes to our email…we’ve tried 4 different email addresses. Looked in Spam/Junk folders, waited hours, tried sending the verification multiple times…FYI after a certain amount of attempts you get locked from asking for a new verification code…so that’s frustrating. can’t find any help online other than all of the things I’ve already tried already. So this piece is super disappointing. Other than that seems like a great watch for the price.

Ho comprato tramite amazon l orologio pascua. Ragazzi… state alla larga!!! Dopo soli due gg non funziona piu la frequenza cardiaca, si dissocia sempre per diverse volte nell arco di un’ora. Soldi buttati. Ho provato a contattare l’assistenza via mail e via chat… sono tutti in ferie con i nostri soldi mi sa… Unica cosa che “fa” decentemente è quella di visualizzare l’ora. Io sconsiglio vivamente.

Mi era stato proposto di ricevere il rimborso dei soldi se avessi acquistato il Vidaa e avessi fatto due recensioni positive qui e su un altro sito (non si trattava di nessuna truffa in quanto diversi amici hanno tutti ricevuto il rimborso ed inoltre avevamo contatti con chi si occupava di questa offerta).Il rimborso non è mai arrivato e ho speso 50€ per un inutile smartwatch. Perciò ora posso essere più che sincero. Smartwatch davvero scadente, partendo dalle funzionalità e passando per la grafica e il materiale. I messaggi vengono visualizzati per pochissimi secondi, se non sei veloce non riesci a leggerlo e non c'è modo di allungarne la durata. Non viene visualizzato il nome di chi ti sta chiamando e si disconnette continuamente costringendomi ad aprire l'applicazione e a sincronizzarlo più volte durante la giornata. Ho dovuto cambiare praticamente subito il cinturino poiché il passante non teneva la parte in eccesso che faceva come una bandiera veramente fastidiosa.

Watch is just ok have had a lot of problems with temperature not accurate at all keeps losing settings of imperial and metric step are not accurate at all I keep my I phone with me all the time I compare usually 25% less on watch calories burned way low does keep good time and water resistant is good that why I have it a three star customer service is very slow to respond make jump through hoops I don’t think they have anyone that knows much I will be buying another smart watch from another company

What music app do I need to download to use with the watch?

Ho avuto modo di provare un loro sport Watch “Vidaa” per varie settimane…Che dire qualità prezzo imbattibile, schermo grande e luminoso con ottima risoluzione.Le funzioni sono molte e precise, niente da invidiare a sportwatch molto più costosi e blasonati. Consiglio vivamente l'acquisto.

Ho comprato gli auricolari Flowbuds sport per usarle anche quando vado in palestra e devo dire che sono ottime. Si sentono bene e hanno una durata della batteria notevole. Le consiglio vivamente a tutti. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo

Customized watch faces only have the time and date you can't add step counts or heart rate. The notifications are finecky and the troubleshooting is garbage, only shows you how to fix things on certain types of phones, and to turn on all phone permissions which I have. It's my first full day wearing it and it's basically just a regular watch with a semi accurate step counter, not very smart.
