My adapter doesn’t connect properly to the massage charger. I’m very disappointed

According to the picture on your website I bought Dumbbell and expect to receive 1 set of two Dumbbells (on the website is a set of two). Instead, I received just one. I tried to return this Dumbbell, which company policy allowed me to do it, unfortunately no one wants to talk to me and send me a return label so I can't send it back (trying to do it for past three weeks). Poor service and not working phone. Looks like the company's business doesn't go well.

They hace the wort costumer support, i told them i was not happy with my purchase since what i bought was a special that instead of paying 400 for 2 sets of weight the where 200, they respond saying that it was my mistake that it was only supposed to be one, so i responded back saying that thats not what i read or wanted and i wanted to return it, they have not responded back, and i still have not been able to returned this happened more that 2 weeks ago last time the respond was 1 weeks ago, not saying anything about a return

Massager works great.Customer Service is horrible. Phone line is always busy. No answer to e-mail. Bought 2nd massager as gift for a person who has heart problems. No answer on how to return it.

I'd like to return my gun as it doesn't work but I can't get a return contact to tell me how to do that.

This company is dishonest I never got my product nor a response nor my money and then I got my bank evolved and they send me this to write a review don't waste your time with this company are you will be chasing your hard earn money

Misleading Website, They posted Item In stock, So I ordered Ab Stimulator a month ago. Never received Tracking Info or Update. Still a month Later Nothing Received. At Least they could Communicate with Customer. They received PayPal Payment in Seconds?

Product was misrepresented online and the company has been non-responsive to email.

Never received my order. Never heard from them about my order. Never got my money back.

Yall want me to review a product that I haven't even received yet. I've check the tracking number and there is no info so I don't know where my package is or when I'm going to receive it.

I placed the order on April 3, 2022. The item did not ship till around May 15th give or take a day or two. It shipped 5-10 days expedited. It is now May 30th and I still have not received the item. I tried contacting the company and their phone number does not work and I got no response via email. Crappy customer service.

Horrible. You don’t receive your package, and if you do it is not as described. No returns available, and if they DO get back to you, you have to pay S&H as well as restocking fee. Do not ever purchase from this site.

When I bought the massage gun I had thought that it would be battery powered and not in need of a wall outlet connection To power on. I decided not to return it and suck it up but but I also found that beyond the 1st speed setting while using the massage gun at times it will simply cut off because the connection between the outlet and the massage gun is weak and the power going to the massage gun Will simply stop if you press a little bit too hard on the muscle that you are trying to massage

As far as function is concerned the product did not work even after charged and ascetically, a different color arrived than what was ordered, this is not a quality product would not recommend purchasing!!

Never delivered my $100 product, now declines phone calls and emails. Another crap business.
