Took 2 months plus to receive item. No phone number and no response to emails.

I ordered this product in June and it took until september to ship. The shipping rate said 10-14 days. Never ordering from this site again.

I want nothing to do with this company. They did not respond to my attempt to contact attempt via the website. They don't answer the phone. I paid for expedited shipping and they failed to deliver with their 5 to 10 day window and I filed a charge dispute with the credit card company. They are terrible with customer service.

When your Customer Service FAILS to answer letters of request for information on delivery and you NEVER receive the product to the customer.....how about a BIG FAT 0 in every respect.

This item was never received. Although the company indicated that it was shipped, I never received it and an email requesting the name of the shipper I sent has not been responded to.

This company is terrible. Nothing but a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. I ordered the adjustable weights and received one! Who uses one weight??? They advertised 2 weight sets for $199. Customer service is awful.

This took over a month to arrive. The picture also shows two dumbbells and I was lead to believe that I was purchasing two dumbbells, not one. That was extremely disappointing.

Aside from that bad experience, the weight changing system is also pretty terrible. 7/10 times you want to change the weight it’ll get stuck.

Would not purchase again nor support the company.

I REITERATE the reviews already left here. DO NOT buy anything from this SCAM company. First as stated by many others here, they show two dumbells, but only send one. WHO WOULD BUY ONE dumbell? Second, the one they sent didn't even work and they want me to pay as much in shipping (return address in Canada) as I would get in refund. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

Decided to go another direction, made 4 attempts to contact for return (all packaged in original and within 30 day policy) and have gotten no response.

Lack of communication from the company was unacceptable

The product works great, description accurate, price was acceptable. Shipping took a while.

This company has terrible customer service. You can email them as many times as you want and they won’t respond back. Tried to contact them about canceling since I thought that was to dumbbells not one never heard from them at all.

Two dumbels are shown only one is shipped. It could be resolved if they answered their phone or replied to emails but th neither answer calls nor reply to emails. I ordered a 2nd dumbell but it wasn't shipped until I moved to cancel the credit card charge. Then it still took two weeks to arrive. Good luck if you choose to use this company

Single dumbell instead of two. Can't get a hold of your customer service. Unhappy ...

I got my dumbbells. But paid the 20 extra dollars for 5-10day shipping for it to come in 20 days

No way to check my order on line after ordering. From the time I placed my orders to receiving items was way to long, over 2 weeks. 😡 I will not recommend or order again from you

Great product but picture was deceiving. The only one that showed two dumbbells. Thought it’s was a great deal

I'll start by qualifying that my review reflects my experience, not the products (I haven't had the opportunity to use the product yet). My first issue was the time it took for any communication regarding my order. I got a confirmation and a credit card charge immediately. Two weeks later, I inquired about my order. I never received a response to my inquiry, but I did receive a shipping confirmation a day or two later (and received the product a week after that). I thought I was ordering a set of dumbbells. Every picture on the site and during the ordering process showed a pair. (I will acknowledge that after the fact I found a miniscule 1 circled on the image). When they showed a regular price of ~$400 and a sale price of ~$200, it never crossed my mind I was paying for 1 dumbbell. I tried to contact the company via e-mail (3-4 separate messages) and on the customer service line (dialed dozens of times at varying times across several days). I never received a response and never got through (line was perpetually busy). Now I'm stuck with a $200 bill and 1 dumbbell, and no way of doing anything about it. Since there was no way to return it and no way to contact them - I reluctantly ordered the 2nd dumbbell. This time it took almost 3 weeks to receive any communication (despite a couple of e-mail inquiries... I again just got a shipping notice 3 weeks later). The product looks great, and I'm looking forward to receiving the 2nd one so I can actually try them out, but the ordering process, communication, and customer service were abysmal.
