Appearance is awsome, camouflage then orange for nite fishing.
I have other sonars that cost thousands more and virtually do the same as the deeper #4. Deeper 4 is neat that you can put it in your pocket and use it whenever its needed without the fuss of cables mounting brackets.

Great product & support

Communicatie is of in Duits of engels. Heb voor mijn zoon een deeper gekocht na twee maanden werkt het niet meer. Inmiddels denk 10 mails verder. Met dezelfde actie die ik moet doen werkt niet.wil graag een nieuwe maar daar wordt op gereageerd

Hallo, onze excuses voor uw negatieve ervaring. We spreken meerdere talen, maar aangezien u ons in het Engels schreef, beantwoorden we uw bericht ook in het Engels.

We reageren doorgaans binnen 1-3 werkdagen en ons doel is om klanten op afstand te helpen. In veel gevallen worden verbindingsproblemen veroorzaakt door onjuiste telefooninstellingen of een verkeerde verbindingsmethode van de gebruiker. Bij uw specifieke probleem hebben we geconstateerd dat de sonar elektronisch gezien correct werkt, maar dat het verbindingsprobleem zich aan de kant van de smartphone bevindt. Daarom stellen we vragen en geven we aanbevelingen - ons doel is om u zo effectief mogelijk te helpen en het probleem op afstand op te lossen (omdat dit in uw geval zeker mogelijk is), zodat u geen tijd verspilt aan het opsturen van de sonar voor reparatie.

Onze excuses voor het ongemak.

Het spijt ons zeer dat u een negatieve ervaring met uw bestelling heeft gehad. We zien dat de bestelling op tijd is verzonden en dat UPS deze bij een lokaal afhaalpunt heeft afgeleverd. Het spijt ons dat u hierover niet correct door UPS bent geïnformeerd. We zullen u per e-mail de gegevens van het afhaalpunt toesturen.

Ja, de afstandsbediening is spatwaterdicht, wat betekent dat deze bestand is tegen kleine waterdruppels en lichte luchtvochtigheid.

Defective equipment, no support for 2 weeks.

I have been having issues with my Deeper Max since I received it just over a month ago. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I contacted support. Thus far I have received a few emails suggesting everything from user error to equipment limitations that are contrary to the advertising, (this device was advertised as being more accurate in shallow waters, but apparently that's only when using the 42 degree beam or 7 degree beam). Ever try to map a shallow (7-8 feet) lake using a 7 degree beam? Support has not provided any remedy or actual support to resolve my issue for a defective product.
To make matters worse, it takes 3-5 BUSINESS days to get a reply for all emails to support.

That’s why we ask detailed questions during troubleshooting - defects related to depth detection are extremely rare and not always easy to diagnose remotely. In many cases, performance can be affected by environmental factors or usage conditions, and identifying and eliminating those takes a bit of time. Our standard response time is within 1-3 business days, and we are actively working to improve our response times.

That said, we’ve received your latest email, and we will now arrange warranty service for your device as soon as possible so we can properly inspect and resolve the issue.
