Purchased the Luca boots in June 2025…
Purchased the Luca boots in June 2025 and they have already split and got holes in them. I approached the Dedito team at the Yorkshire Shooting Show last weekend and showed them. I was called a liar and they said that they were a lot older than they actually were and I had stitched the Dedito logo on the side. I am shocked and appalled by the customer service and product. Absolutely avoid.

Great products
Great products, really well made and the material is great. I had to return some products because they were too big but needed some help sending them back and the customer service was really helpful and efficient. I work outside all day and the products have not let me down. I would 100% recommend to anyone who is on their feet and exposed to all different weather conditions.

Great quality
Great quality, good fit, only one gripe…..the loop on the back is not big enough, I reckon it’s made for Italian fingers rather than UK mens fingers…..

Easy to order and fast delivery
Easy to order and fast delivery, tried them on and felt like slippers, yet to go out in them, however I don't think they'll be like other boots where you have to break them in.

Boots are fab and comfortable straight away, ordered the mega boot kit which is good value but the wax tin is dented and unable to open , a bit of brute force should sort it , probably in transit
