The website was easy to navigate. The order was processed quickly. I received the Toto drain valve and toilet seat within a week. The products were as described and arrived in well packed boxes.

Gibi and her team were GREAT in helping me get the right parts for my specific Duravit basin..
She went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my issues were addressed and had GREAT communication skills. Her customer service was
5-stars and would give her more but that’s the limit .

The drawer pulls I purchased are all tarnished. I am going to have to buy some kind of metal cleaner to remove the tarnish. If it was not for the fact that this model of drawer pull has been discontinued I would have returned them. I looked at 5 different companies who were all out of stock for this item. I needed 3 more for the dresser I have, so I purchasd an additional one in case it is needed in the future.

I needed parts to fix old locking mechanism on 20-year-old doorknobs. I’m not really a do-it-yourselfer, but thought I knew part numbers. He asked for project photos for his own review/expert advice and then confirmed his assessment by calling the manufacturer before booking the order. Of course his revised parts numbers worked great. I’m a fan of Decorative Plumbing!!!

These guys were great! They helped me out with a piece for a Duravit toilet that was difficult to get through a distributor. Made the process super easy. I had the product, and it was exactly what I needed. Hopefully my toilet doesn’t break again, but if it does I would go right back to these folks!

They never bothered to say they don't stock the toto flush valves I ordered. Other than to say processing on my order. After a week , I called to get a status to find out it's 6-8 weeks out.
Why not tell me that before I wasted my time and money. First and last time I'm dealing with your co.

Waiting on parts with no ETA
I ordered 2 Dynamo Hydropower Generators for some auto faucets. I paid for the parts and received a confirmation, but never received an email stating when it would ship. I have been waiting several weeks and still have not gotten an update. If someone could let me know when I would be getting these parts I would appreciate it.

Received my order today after 2 months.

These ballast look all scratched up on the outer metal case. They don’t look brand new. They look as used ballasts.
Hoping they will work after installation and last as it should.

The service was excellent (the rep even called Toto customer service to verify a question I had) and the products ordered were as advertised. Received the shipment within the week. Great transaction.

They had a hard-to-find product in stock. It was shipped in a timely fashion, and they responded to my email querying its status. Four stars instead of five since they didn’t proactively provide the ship date and status. I would do business with them again.

The order process was quick doing it online. But when I called to find out when the cartridge would be delivered, they said they needed to talk to me about verifying my order. So that was done on Thursday. On Monday they left a message wanting to talk to me about verifying my order, again. It was straightened out and we received the cartridge about five days later. Not a huge problem, but their software needs to be cleaned up.

2 weeks after ordering my product hasn't shipped, and the company doesn't respond to email inquiries and is unreachable by phone. Of course, they sent me an email updating my order as "shipped", but 3 days later the USPS tracking number they gave me reports that USPS hasn't even received the product to be shipped!
