I have it a three star because I made a mistake on my shipping address. I emailed customer services but no response. Luckily, I am able to write to my neighbor to retrieve my item.

Did not notify of backorder until sale is complete.
I ordered a part to repair a clients plumbing. Purchasing completed with no issues and I was told I would receive an email confirmation. I did not think I received one and sent an email to their contact email stating such. I later found their mail to me in the spam folder which said it was back ordered and I'd receive it in 3 weeks. This of course wasn't acceptable as my client is without use of their toilet. I replied using the email I received from them stating that I'd prefer to cancel the order but again got no reply. This is not how you do business. Lesson learned is to only purchase from sites that state it is in stock before you purchase the item.

Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a part, and did not hear from them. I called, emailed, and messaged them and no response! Finally. Week later I got a response that the part was discontinued and they cancelled my order. Terrible customer service.

Really impressed with this company
Really impressed with this company. I got a great price on a very fancy toilet and expressed concerns about delivery, and we figured it all out together. Super responsive and fiducial. Everything worked out perfectly. I will be back!

They made a mistake with my order (sent one of my items to someone else) but responded to my request to make it right. They shipped the second item quickly and apologized for the mistake and delay. That’s good business.

Got my hard to find toilet parts on line from them. Luckily I was able to determine on my own which (model, etc.) ones I needed, but I think they can help you out if you cannot. All came in the mail just fine, with no issues.
