If you order from this company and want to contact them call Shawfield timber which is the same company. I made an order last week and it said that it would be delivered 3 days after dispatch. I had received my dispatch note but it had then been a week since and I thought “I’ll just follow this up”, there was no answer at all to email or voicemail so I instantly thought ‘scam’, I did a deep search and called shawfield timber which I was answered straight away on the phone and updated. It’s not a scam just poor crossover of companies.

Unfortunately the courier lost my parcel, but Decking Supplies sent a new one out straight away. Brilliant customer service.

I ordered some Pine Square Spindle to replace some broken ones the image on the website showed a nice natural woodgrain color a perfect match for my job what arrived was a inferior finish with a multitude of diffrent colors mostly green and brown they said its the preservative that they apply shame this was not disclosed on the website and why put an image very different to what you are selling

It was a small order of just 8 decking lengths. You placed delivery with "DX". Took 3 weeks to arrive. Somehow on your first attempt my order got lost in the delivery system. On the second attempt only 5 of the eight boards ordered actually arrived to my house. (Although the final 3 boards arrived the following day). Other than that .... all OK

My screws have not been delivered. Despite two further telephone messages left on the answer phone, nobody has been bothered to get back to me. Terrible customer service!!!

Delivered within 5 days. And the quality of the deck boards is amazing. Really pleased with the items delivered. No warp or bow or damaged boards even the 4.8m lengths were perfect.

The decking was as ordered and delivered except the decking screws I’m still waiting for them
