Refizemos o lavabo aqui de casa com a Decas e o trabalho ficou excelente. Desde a negociacão ate o fim da execução a comunicacão foi transparente, clara e tranquila.
Lucas foi muito flexivel para finalizar a reforma, faltou uma peça e ele voltou aqui quando a peça chegou para terminar. Em breve iremos renovar a cozinha e certamente iremos contrata-lo de novo.

I had an excellent experience with Decas Renovation. They carried out a complete renovation of my ceilings and walls (plastering and painting), repositioned electrical switches, installed pocket doors, and fitted a new toilet. The quality of the work was outstanding, with great attention to detail and a professional finish throughout.

Lucas en zijn team hebben nu inmiddels twee verbouwingen voor onze familie uitgevoerd, beiden naar volle tevredenheid. Betrouwbaar, nauwkeurig en flexibel bij wijzigingen of extra scope. Het team is vriendelijk en gezellig in de omgang en leveren professionele resultaten. Een partij waar we zeker onze derde verbouwing ook mee zouden uitvoeren!

Ik heb Decas ingeschakeld voor de volledige renovatie van mijn appartement in Amsterdam en het resultaat heeft al mijn verwachtingen overtroffen.

Vanaf het begin van het project was het duidelijk hoeveel inzet Lucas en Débora toonden om het best mogelijke resultaat te leveren. Ze gingen verder dan ik had verwacht en stelden verschillende verbeteringen voor die de ruimte echt naar een hoger niveau hebben getild, zonder zich alleen te beperken tot mijn oorspronkelijke ideeën.

Tijdens de uitvoering bleef hetzelfde hoge niveau van professionaliteit behouden. De focus lag niet alleen op het afronden van de werkzaamheden, maar op het leveren van kwaliteit in elk detail, waarbij ze op sommige punten zelfs meer hebben geleverd dan gepland.

Decas renovatie werd ons aanbevolen door familie leden, die de badkamer hadden laten doen. Bij ons hebben ze de oude keuken verwijderd, elektra uitgebreid ten behoeve van een quooker, kookplaat, en extra stopcontacten. Daarna de muren weer afgewerkt en nieuwe tegelvloer gelegd, ook in de bijkeuken. Ze hebben netjes naar de deadline toegewerkt, en die zonder stress gehaald. Het contact was prima, eindresultaat goed, en ze hebben zonder extra kosten nog extra werk gedaan. Daarnaast doen ze niet moeilijk om later nog een keer terug te komen mocht er toch iets niet helemaal 100% zijn.
Wij zijn zeer tevreden en willrn binnenkort ook onze badkamer door Decas laten doen.

We got to know this company after an Ad from Instagram. Then we heard of a friend who hired them. We can't thank them enough for the great recommendation. Decas provided a 6-star service! From planning to execution, we were impressed with the level of expertise, professionalism, communication, and end result! We also were very satisfied with the flexibility, and level of detail to get the work perfected. All in all, we definitely recommend them, and we will continue hiring them for our future projects!

They offer a customised experience for their clients. Always available for answering questions and providing suggestions during the renovation/building period. All the process is made very clear: Costs and quality of materials and what is the trade-off of your choices as a Customer. About price, I would not say they are the cheapest, but the customised experience makes the price totally worth it. Execution is also a plus - very detail oriented! I would definitely recommend.

• New Bathroom Creation: We transformed the wasruimte into a brand-new bathroom from scratch.
• Window Painting: All windows, both inside and outside, were painted.
• Kitchen Preparations: We made all the necessary preparations for our new kitchen.

And many other little things we were coming through along the way.

Lucas’ wife, Debora, was hired to design the bathroom projects for us, and her creativity and expertise truly shone through.

From the beginning, communication with Lucas was 100% clear and efficient. We negotiated the price and agreed on the start and end dates, and everything went according to plan. Lucas was not only a source of great suggestions, but he also took care of every detail. For instance, when converting the wasruimte into a bathroom, he decided to move the ketel into a newly built closet in the guest room to gain space. He even coordinated with a certified professional to relocate it.

The renovation was completed on time, and we were able to move in on the agreed date. There were a few little details left, but nothing that would make a mess or disturb us.

What truly set this experience apart was the peace of mind Lucas provided. He ordered all materials directly from the store, so I only had to deal with him. Lucas’ extensive network of contacts and suppliers meant everything was done efficiently and promptly. I didn’t have to worry about learning every little detail of the renovation process; I knew Lucas would handle it all.

After moving in, we also agreed on doing the backyard, which was leveled, the fence was replaced, a deck was built, and a tree was moved around.

Communication throughout the project was exceptional, and I felt confident every step of the way.

Als je op zoek bent naar een betrouwbare aannemer, dan ben je bij Decas Renovatie & Onderhoud (Lucas en zijn team) aan het goeie adres! Wij hebben onlangs onze garage laten verbouwen en ik heb nog nooit eerder zo fijn samengewerkt met een aannemer! Lucas communiceert super helder, adviseert waar nodig en alles ging volgens plan. De garage is omgebouwd naar leefruimte (waaronder isoleren, nieuwe pui en de vloerverwarming is doorgetrokken aan ons bestaande systeem). Alles is zeer vakkundig verlopen. Lucas gaat planmatig te werk waardoor iedereen exact weet wat er moet gebeuren en wanneer (inclusief de klant). Het team is erg vriendelijk, zeer vakkundig, veelzijdig en ze werken heel netjes! Ik kan Decas Renovatie & Onderhoud aan iedereen aanraden en mijn toekomstige klussen zal ik zeker weer Lucas en zijn team inschakelen.

In our first contact with Lucas, we immediately noticed his competence. What seemed like a simple job actually had hidden details we hadn't considered. Lucas made pertinent suggestions before providing the quote. On the day of the service, the team demonstrated extreme competence and readiness. Despite it being seemingly straightforward, it involved electrical and structural knowledge, among other things and Lucas were able to manage all the situations. They were very friendly and organized; they covered the entire area with plastic and tape to prevent mess in other spaces. The final result was amazing, even better than we had imagined, exceeding our expectations. We're deeply thankful for their exceptional work. Lucas and his team are excellent professionals. Not only the quality of the service is outstanding, but they are also friendly and and proactive.

They renovated a couple of rooms in our house, where the original floor had to be removed, to then install floor heating and new flooring.

Lucas came to our house to discuss the options and make a plan. We felt very well informed and confident from the first chat. His communication with us during the project execution was also excellent, informing us of the progress and requesting our input as needed.

During the work itself, some unforeseen problems happened that were not related to their work: when opening the crawling space of our house, a lot of water was found after a rainy period (which was not there during the initial conversation). Lucas and his team were proactive to find a way to work (and the job to be done in a timely manner) even with the less-than-ideal wet conditions of our crawling space.

Finally, the entire team is very friendly and respectful. Their work was not disruptive, quite the contrary: it was quiet, organized and and clean.
