Recently booked a family villa holiday in Florida through Debbie's Villas, and it was hands the best experience we've had renting a villa.

Our Son left his favourite teddy at the villa, and Debbie's villas went above and beyond to get it back to him.

Everything about Debbie's Villas was exceptional. Answering pre booking questions was prompt and informative (always a good sign).

The booking process was smooth and easy.

Follow up communication in the run up was reassuring.

And the holiday itself was amazing.

100% recommended. 💙

This is our second stay at this villa. The area is great for us. Debbie’s villas make everything easy and keep you well informed. The welcome pack is much appreciated. The villa had some upgrades which were nice and Debbie’s villas let us know of changes that were happening . We did have to call out local management company but he was so friendly and came 30 mins later and the problem was fixed that day. He got pest control to spray the garage and the flies were gone. We will be using Debbie’s villas again next year. Thank you.

This villa was lovely! The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our two week stay. Amazing location and so close to the Disney Parks! It was perfect after the long days in the parks. It’s a very central location to so many places!
We had all the information we needed for the Villa arrive in a letter to our house and it helped with preparation, it also had the codes for the door!! They couldn’t help enough when we had a small issue on our end.
They phoned to check everything was good too!
The welcome pack was a very nice touch too!!
I definitely recommend this company after previous experience with other companies this one far exceeded them.

The booking process was easy, and the amount of information available on their website kept me informed. The team were always lovely when we spoke on the phone and contacted directly to check-in before, during and after our stay. The villa itself was exactly as described, and in such a great area (Storey Lake in Orlando). I’d definitely consider booking with Debbie’s Villas again.

Great end to end experience. Villa was perfect for our needs and the gated community Paradise Palms was quiet, clean and perfect location for the parks.

The villa was amazing, very clean and looked even nicer than we imagined from the photos. The welcome pack is a lovely addition and means you don’t need to rush out for essentials. Would recommend Debbie’s Villas and will be using them again for our next Florida trip.

I booked with Debbie’s Villas after reading customer reviews - just like I’m writing now! I researched where I wanted to go, debated with my husband, looked at all the pictures online and decided yes, that’s where I want to go. I took the simple step of ringing up and booking with just a deposit. The Villa photographs looked amazing, almost too good to be true. I can honestly say that as good as the pictures were, they did not do the Villa justice. We were a family of 5 adults and 3 children and every one of us was open-mouthed in awe when we set foot inside. Wow! All of my concerns, worries and trepidation about renting our first Villa dissolved into thin air. Debbie’s villas staff were personable, efficient and extremely supportive guiding us through.
I have no hesitation in recommending the company and the Villa we chose. Would I use them again? Yes. Would I choose the same Villa? Definitely.
We had a fantastic holiday that had been 2 years in the planning phase. I honestly couldn’t fault it.

Our villa in Highlands Reserves was in an excellent location for both Disney, Universal , supermarkets, shops and restaurants. It was in immaculate decorative order and sofas were very comfortable and overall the villa was well equipped with everything required. The beds were a little soft for us but we did sleep well. Very quiet neighbourhood with no road noise. We did use the pool but it was cold , we chose not to pay extra for the heating. Note that there are no themed bedrooms or games room for children’s but that was known before and fine for us as all adults. The starter pack provided by Debbie’s villas was a great extra which we have never had any any previous villas. No hesitation in recommending.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We had to make a number of amendments to our bookings prior to leaving which were dealt with quickly and with no quibble.
Customer service even called a few days prior to departure to ensure everything was in place.

The whole process of booking with Debbie’s Villas is so easy.
The villas are as described and the free welcome pack is fantastic.

Debbies Villas are generally slightly more expensive, but they do give good value for money in terms of quality of accommodation, finishing touches such as complementary food hamper and general all-round good communications, including a follow-up call post holiday to check all went well and to tease out anything that could be improved. We have used Debbies Villas many times and will continue to use them

Great choice of Villas, simple booking, slick process and will certainly use again. We’ve been many times to Florida and this has to have been the easiest process and best villa we have stayed at.

from browsing the website to making a booking and all the admin and support that followed. Our party were very happy with the choices offered, the villa itself and the contact from Debbies' throughout including the access information pack and 'check-up' texts and calls just before departure, after arrival and after returning home. Would be very happy to recommend - if anything the photos of the villa undersold it!

We used Debbie’s villa in November of this year for a 12 night stay, they were great from beginning to end and really informative. Was able to answer every question we had. The response time was fast and they were open and honest about everything which was included and what was nearby. I would highly recommend this company when looking to book a villa.
