Dears Pharmacy & Travel Clinic - Glenrothes Anmeldelser 30

Had an appointment at 15.30 today and took time off work to attend. They had a note of the booking but it hadn’t been properly processed thus I basically wasn’t booked in. They then said let’s see if they could fit me and asked what days I could manage. I asked what you mean you can’t see me now and was told no. I left annoyed at the total lack of customer care. I understand mistakes happen but no effort was taken to see if I could be squeezed in there and then it at least with a small delay. I turned around and left telling them I’ll look somewhere else which I have done successfully. I’ll be changing my prescription for them now as that service has been far from perfect too.

Booked a gender sneak peak test by blood drawn in Glenrothes Glamis Centre 2 weeks in advance, paid a hefty deposit, just to let me know when we arrived to the pharmacy, that they don't have the test in stock, but they can order some by next week if I'm okay to move my appointment.
Deeply disappointed!!! Even furious! You had 2 weeks to order the kit, but at least a phone call in advance not to travel unnecessarily and waste our time.

Went to pick up my prescription from the "24/7/365 days a year" locker and it has been shut since Thursday (its now sunday) i understand its been christmas however why advertise being open 24/7 and 365 days if its not. As a result I have gone without my much needed medication which I thought I would be able to pick up. Disappointed. Glamis centre branch.

Dears Pharmacy, Glamis Centre - Every interaction with every staff member is consistently of a high level of customer service. They are professional, efficient and always go the extra mile. On several occasions I've left really quite surprised at how helpful and considerate the staff are. Exceptional staff who really do everything they can to help. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Extremely unhelpful. Have refused to accept any more deliveries of my urostomy prescription from Fittleworth (sent to pharmacy, as I work away from home most of the week for delivery to house).

Previous pharmacies, when I lived & worked away from home were more than willing, but somehow it's far too much of a burden for Dears.

I will be asking my local GP surgery if I can avoid using them for any more prescriptions.

Glenrothes Pitteuchar - You need to train your staff to let the public know that they can order their prescriptions via your app. You can order via the app without putting the prescription into the surgery. The chemist does get approval from the surgery. The app even notifies you when the prescription is ready. I was told today by 3 members of staff that this facility did not exist when I knew it did! Made me out to be a fool in front of those queuing. You really need better training.

I attended Dear`s Glamis branch. This is a very busy pharmacy so a little bit of customer patience goes a long way here. Everyone coming in for prescriptions seemed to be attended to in a timely manner by very efficient counter staff. I was in to get my ears done and glad I followed a friends recommendation to come here.
Particular thank you to Anne Marie who really went the extra mile to unclog my ear canal. Required an extra appointment, at no extra cost, to finally clear deep compacted blockage. A very thorough and professional job.
I don`t normally give 5 star reviews but going 5 stars for this one.

Pre-booked a flu jab, but silly me got dates mixed up and turned up a day too early. However they still fitted me in there and then. Staff were great!

Lauren A was very caring and talked to me while administering the vaccines which put me at ease and the procedure was painless.

Was having difficulty hearing went to the pharmacy where I got my ears cleaned out feels fantastic many thanks to the staff who were friendly and welcoming explained everything great staff well done

I would like to say a huge thank you to Danielle from Glenrothes team. I called in the morning, pretty much desperate for ear suringe service as my local GP don't provide that anymore..If you never had your ears blocked you just don't understand how uncomfortable it can be.
This pharmacy was extremely busy on that day but lovely Danielle must hear how I was crying for her help and accommodated me the same day. She was also the one who looked after me when I arrived. Great service from the very first moment you enter that pharmacy to the very last moment of your visit !!!Thank you, from the bottom of my heart...

Welcoming and pain free

I had the wax removed from my ear. The girl who removed it was very helpful and took her time and explained everything really well. If i have any bother with wax again i will make an appointment right away.

Dears Pharmacy in Glenrothes

Called them last week to book flu vaccination and the girl on the phone was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional.

I went today to get the vaccination and spoke to two different ladies behind the counter and both were excellent.

Lauren A was the lady that gave me the vaccination.

She was extremely helpful. professional and had an amazing personality.

I have never been in this pharmacy before and do not know any off the staff but judging by my experience, the people working for Dears in Glenrothes are a cut above the rest.

Well done, thank you and keep up the good work.

Had wax removal to both ears as I couldn’t get it done in a reasonable time by NHS Fife (after putting drops in for about 2 months and much deafness and discomfort). Through Dears Pharmacy it was done the next day and at a good price. On top of that, I had great treatment and service throughout, which was completely successful and Danielle was wonderful and obviously really enjoyed her job.

Currently local doctors are not performing earwax microsuction and so having discovered that Dears pharmacy (Glenrothes) were doing this I signed up.
I CANNOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE HIGHLY ENOUGH. I was talked through the whole process in a clear and easy to understand way and the person performing the suction was so enthusiastic but also great at her job and made the whole experience very comfortable. Many thanks.

I had ear-wax removal done by Natalie in the Glenrothes branch. I couldn't have been more pleased. Natalie explained everything clearly and took care to make sure I was comfortable and safe. The process was effective and painless. She is extremely good at her job and lovely to deal with! Highly recommended!

I recently had microsuction done on my ear. I was really apprehensive about it. But Natalie was absolutely amazing. She went through everything very professionally. Explained what the procedure would be like. It was totally painless. Natalie was so gentle and reassuring. I would highly recommend dears clinic for this procedure. Certainly not expensive either.

Had my prescription ready very quickly & i didn't have to wait long to collect it

Shambles! Tried to arrange a blood test - Received an email asking me to contact them by phone. Called on number provided - It was a number for a GP Practice in Glenrothes across the street from Dears Pharmacy.

I emailed them, to let them know they had provided the wrong telephone number and asked if they could provide the correct number.

Received a response with the correct number. Tried this number a few times with no response.

I emailed again explaining I had tried to call with no response. Received a reply asking me to provide my contact number and assurances that someone would contact me.

Still waiting for a call (actually I have given up as this was over a week ago now!)
