I had an initial consultation with Kamil, which led to 3 further appointments due to time specific jabs for travelling abroad. Throughout the consultation and appointments Kamil was professional, hygienic and friendly. He was super informative with the jabs and the reasons behind the requirements and was also helpful with any questions I had.

I had reason to call upon the Pharmacist in Kekty as I was having difficulty with Reflux. I had a consultation with Zophia who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and caring. If anything Zophia was better than my GP who just throw tablets at you etc to get you out the door. Zophia recommended another over the counter medicine and so far it seems to be working a lot quicker and effective as well. Early days but sign are encouraging. I wasn't rushed at all and Zophia was first class. Thank you

A prescription was sent from the Hospital rheumatologist to Deers in the clams Centre on the 15th of May the no say they didn’t receive it there wasn’t a stamp or something on it the mail Royal mail picked it up took it and then on the 16th of June, they’ve opened it and taken out my prescription with my name full address put it into another envelope with the original and sent it to me now I’ve been take tears and they’re not happy to do anything. I think this is wrong because my name and address has been floated around via the Royal mail but the initial posting was two Deers who are not accepting it as a go a complete and otter gale they really need revamp not happy now I have to go to the post office myself to ask an explanation when it should be the pharmacy themselves. Definitely not worth anything more than a one star and that’s only because they’re two ladies at the front desk are wonderful.

I went in for my travel vaccines and felt very welcome from all the staff, they made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and how it would help me.
Kamil in the Fife store was fantastic, very friendly and caring throughout all the appointments.

Clare went above and beyond to help us out during our trip. The helpfulness and care that specifically she showed us was unbelievable. A testament to the store!!

I would like to thank Evelyn for everything that Evelyn does for me,,Evelyn is absolutely fantastic at her job, and nothing is any bother for Evelyn to do for me

Was treated great and guided to the consulting waiting room quickly where I was with Danielle who did a amazing job taking my blood and was great to chat with through the whole process making a usually anxiety producing process very positive

The Leslie branch of Dears pharmacy has fantastic pharmacists. Lauren is stand out exceptional. Always attentive helpful & friendly. This makes visiting for prescriptions and advice carefree and easy.

Danielle has always went above and beyond. My mum was constantly let down by her previous chemist, moving to this chemist has been polar opposite. Can't recommend them enough.

Lauren@Leslie was so helpfull and informative, explained everything to me. Very nice young lady.

I was visiting from Canada, and was fighting a respiratory infection for two weeks. I called UK healthcare and they suggested I attend a pharmacy (a very novel thing for a Canadian). I got in within a few hours, for a booked appointment and received absolutely brilliant care from Jenna. The staff and pharmacist Jenna were kind, thoughtful, prompt, professional. Excellent timely service. I think I have the correct address.

Heather, at the front counter, was very helpful and made sure I didn’t get anything that would interfere with medication I was already on. Service was great!

Kerry at Dears pharmacy Kirkcaldy (Templehall) was great. She didn't rush the earwax removal, my grandmother had to return a few times to get to it completed due to a small ear canal and Kerry not wanting to irritate the ear. and all subsequent (2) times were covered by the first charge. And provided a perscription for ear drops to keep buildup at a minimun.

Would highly reccomend.

Pharmacy is refusing to issue full order of libre sensors after 5 weeks of waiting, only giving one out at a time, I emailed Dears to complain and got absolutely no response from them. Local pharmacy state they dont have them, which after 5 weeks from ordering them is just not true, but when I tell them I am on the last one they issue one out of thin air. Went to collect today and asked for an ETA on the outstanding sensors and was told they have no idea when they'll be available. Have spoken with my clinic and been told this is a regular complaint for Dears. It's not good enough, they are a dispenserory who are refusing to issue supplies required to control a chronic illness. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

We went to Dears Travel Clinic Dunfermline for advice on our upcoming travel to Nigeria regarding vaccinations and medications recommend for Nigeria. From start to finish we were made very welcome and all options discussed for our 10year old daughter. Kamil the pharmacist and his colleagues made our daughter relaxed, confident and composed for all her vaccinations. He also explained very well the prescribed the amount of malaria medication needed for the full trip, the procedure and dosage for taking before, during and after her trip.
Dears pharmacy have an exemplary employee in Kamil and we cannot praise him and the team highly enough. On our experience I will not hesitate to recommend the Dunfermline Branch for any travel needs and supplies.

My son was quite distressed after losing his inhaler while struggling to breath. We were assisted and had a very concise and friendly consultation with Diane and George being particularly helpful throughout.
I wish all chemists performed to this highly patient focussed standard . Prompt , efficient and genuinely friendly and happy help , would highly recommend!

Local staff are great, friendly and helpful. But recently updated opening hours means anyone working during the week can no longer pick up prescriptions except for a Saturday morning (presumably staff cost cutting).
They used to be open til 6 - now closing at half 5; in the only pharmacy in town leaves anyone working unable to get back in time to pick up prescription medication from the GP linked pharmacy. Important lifeline services like this should be open 8-6 minimum - we aren't all free during the working day. Would've been understandable if they had the automated collection points but this one doesn't.

I was given so much good advice from the pharmacist today 16/06/2026 at around 1.15 pm ,I had went in to collect my prescription tooth paste I had just came from the dentist & was going to buy pain relief but instead he spent time with me advising me , helping me get a better solution , really helpful I was quite impressed by his knowledge , actual genuine care and understanding I will definitely use this pharmacy again …Thank you
