GOING FROM…THE FRYING PAN INTO A INFERNO
I have made the mistake from GOING FROM THE FRYING PAN INTO THE FIRE FOR SURE, this Pharmacy is one of the worse Pharmacies to get any of your prescriptions from they either have medication from a month back although they are asked several times what has happened to my medication especially as it has been a controlled medication (oxycodone) disappearing and my GP Practice searching who has lifted the meds through its barcode or the fact they seem to never have any of the prescriptions made up although given prier noticed asking if they have everything ready only to be told yes but finding out it is a lie and half your prescription isn't there and your owed insulin or needles and pack of 4 libra 2 sensors are also A Wall, with no slip information on what is owed regarding your prescription, or my husband goes into the pharmacy to pick up my medication only to find out he has to go back in and explain they have left some of the script out, unfortunately this has happened more than 5 or 6 times and now he is frustrated and angry due to there inability to do there job although given plenty of opportunities such as being contacted and ask if all the prescription is available and ready to be collected only to find out not all the items are there just like yesterday 16th September 2025 that no controlled medication was ordered in ( so all night I was crying due to pain and spasms) and no insulin needles having to use the same needles for a couple of days and for him to go to collect the medication needed but once again the same issue regarding the pain medication missing with a few more items also missing after myself phoning to make sure everything would be available and once again having to go back that same day asking what is the issue why has it happened again and given the same old excuse we are "SORRY". This has caused a few arguments and to be honest I can't blame his frustrations. Yes the staff are friendly and polite but one staff member at the front counter whilst I assume the Pharmacist and three assistants at the rear standing and talking about Christmas parties coming up and other mundane gossip may be the issue that this Pharmacy in Armadale have customers coming in and raising their voice's in connection about prescription not being available after three to four weeks notice and in another issue was my husband was given someone else's prescription instead of his own is so unprofessional causing unhappy and disgruntled customers. Come on Dears Pharmacy in Armadale pull your socks up and give the customers the service we all require and deserve.
