I ordered stamps for a wedding and the invitations are still sitting on my counter waiting for the stamps. I am so disappointed! $100.00 worth of stamps!!!!! I’m calling my bank to complain and see if they can help! This place doesn’t respond to emails! There’s no number!

Sounding like a broken record here, but this website is a scam. They never sent the product and gave me a bogus tracking number. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I also will be reporting them to the Attorney General’s office and Consumer Affairs Division.

Scammed. Purchased what I thought were Ugg Tasman slippers. Paid for expedited shipping, took a month to receive. When I finally did recieve them, I knew just by the packaging that they were in fact fake!!! Reported this fake business. Oh and the return label said it was shipped from a Michael Chen!! I’m out $146.00!!! I’ve tried contacting them, no response!!!

I ordered Ugg slippers on 12/10/24 for $120 from Dealsx.com.
I got a tracking number soon afterwards but then I stopped getting notifications. The tracking said it was waiting for the product. I saw a lot of bad reviews of this company, this was a Christmas gift and Christmas was close. I emailed the company and was told it was because of a mail strike in Canada. I got nervous that I was ripped off so I bought the slippers from EBay and got them on 12/27/24.
Anyways the slippers came from DealsXS on 1/3/25. They told me I could return them once I received. I had paid $1.46 for free return. I set up the return on line and printed the return label. They said leave it out side my door on 1/6 for FedEx pick up! I did, FedEx picked it up and I got my full refund by 1/10/25.
I think the fact that the Uggs were sold out everywhere was why it took so long.
But they delivered and then made the return easy and refund was given!

Ordered “Ugg” slippers and paid $139 and expedited shipping. Took over a month to arrive. Refused to return my money or cancel order when they didn’t arrive in the promised time frame and when they finally showed up they reak of spray paint?! You can tell they are fake and spray painted on the bottom?! In that time frame of waiting for real ones from
Nordstrom and they looked nothing alike and smelled so bad

Avoid ordering from this company. Order did not arrive for weeks. Tracking was inaccurate. One day the order arrived out of the blue (long after I needed it) and there was such a strong chemical odor to the item that it wasn't usable. Allegedly they refund or exchange, however, when I clicked on the link the exchange/return block was grayed out so that it couldn't be clicked on. Initially I submitted a claim to them because it didn't appear my product was anywhere to be found, and they instantly rejected the claim. Getting the run around and not happy about it. My product was over $100.

Well, just like everyone else on here, I have been scammed, but not going down without a fight! I have reported them to the Attorney General’s office and Consumer Affairs Division. Don’t know what else I can do, as they are located in China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This is exactly why you shouldn’t buy from Chinese sellers. Total scammers!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CRIMINALS There should be negative ratings for company’s like this awful and deceptive company. Same issues noted below. Uggs that were advertised to be in stock on 12/5. I received a notice that they were ready to ship on 12/9 but sat in Jamaica Queens NY for 3 weeks then went to CA, and now shipping noted they are in IL ( I’m in NJ btw…). It’s now 1/3 and still no Uggs. Looks like they screwed the holidays for many of us and r laughing their way to the bank.

Same issues as below - this place is a scam , billed my credit card for ugg's on 12/10 paid for special shipping and tracking number shows no movement since 12/15. Will dispute with American Express. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

This company is a scam, totally ripped me off for a pair of Uggs, but weeks before Christmas with promise today expedited delivery, item never showed up and they refused to refund my money. No phone number in contact with them.

Total scam! I ordered Ugg Tasman slippers that originally advertised as coming before Christmas. It’s been processing since Dec. 17th. I have given up and will report it as fraud to my bank. What a shame!

This company was quick to take my money and I never received the product! I have reached out several times through email, which is the only way I can find to contact them and they are not responding! This company should be shut down! Do not use this website!!!

Worst company I have dealt with ever. I ordered an item that they said was "in stock". The next day they emailed me and said, shipped. After 3 weeks I started emailing them. At first they said shipped, then they stopped respo ding to me. At 4 weeks I filed a dispute with my card company. Now I get a phone call, and an email. Within a week the item arrived. Very worst company. Be smart and use someone else.

Still playing cat and mouse with this fake website. They charged my card right away ($130.00) on Dec. 11th, shipping label created. 9 days later item has shipped but the date of shipment says Dec. 12th and the item still hasn’t moved. I don’t expect to receive anything at this point especially after reading the reviews. I normally don’t write reviews but then again I have never experienced anything like this. I’ve been emailing back and forth with this Ari or Ava person who I am sure is just a robot but it’s been somewhat comedic so I continue to do so. Bamboozled… I feel like the guy who bought a boxed laptop off someone on the street just to find out it was a rock all along. What if something shows up? What will it be? Hmmm 🤔

I placed an order when I placed the order the shipping time did not say delayed. Once the order was placed they billed me right away. I gave it a week then still not shipping status so I emailed to follow up, they responded that it was delayed however at that time my tracking changed to order being prepared. Then it changed to shipped, great I thought. However it changed yesterday 12/18 and the tracking says its in Jamaica NY and has been there since 12/12, this to me makes no sense and makes me feel like the products are never coming. I have emailed about cancelling due to either items are lost or the tracking numbers are false. They do not like to respond though so we will see.

It is now 1/2/25 one pair of the 2 have arrived. That tracking said both should be in there. They are real and brand new so that's a bonus. I will update if I get the second pair

This website is definitely a scam. It looks legit but orders only appear to be processed and shipped but in reality, they just take your money and give you the runaround on order status before they stop communicating all together. The 5 star reviews cannot possibly be real. DO NOT order from this place!
