I also tried to reach out to them through email still haven’t gotten a response this is really bad for business in a way before ordering from any other companies in the future I will be reading the reviews before I decide to make a purchase

I was scammed from a post on Pinterest for a couch cover. I paid 39.94 and never received any email or confirmation of order. This is a shame.

They answered a first email saying that they had a lot of requests, I believe this was due to COVID19, they asked for 7 working days. So far they dont reply, I do not know how to track the product and it has passed more than a month since I made the purchasing.

Can you rate a company zero stars? I never received the item ordered back in January. I should have read the reviews like everyone is saying. Pinterest should not be letting them advertise or post their products on the site. Luckily, I ordered something cheap and feel it is a lesson learned.

Save yourself some money and don’t order from here.
Ordered 4K dash cam.
Took 2 months to get camera, and product was incorrect. We got a 720p camera.

Had to send back to Canada, for a $40 shipping fee and had to get a refund from PayPal.

Don’t trust this company. Don’t buy from here.

I ordered a Dashcam that was promoted inside Pinterest. But I received a Dashcam with total different specifications then the one they offered and what I orderd.

What I ordered -> What I got ...
Solution: 4k -> neither 4k nor Full HD just HD 720P
GPS-Tracking -> no GPS at all
Night vision -> no night vision at all
Emergency alarm -> no emergency alarm at all
Dual Camera Front and backside camera -> no backside camera at all
Voice input -> no voice control at all
Motion detection -> no motion detection at all
Installation kit (permanent) -> no installation kit at all
App to control the Dashcam BH10DV. If you know Chinese then you can use it otherwise not because it is just partly translated.

I contacted the customer service a different time. They always wrote me let us check internally and after a few days I got than a template based reply ... we checked in our sytem ... blablabla…. what you got was what you orderd … after more then 6 weeks playing ping-pong-mail I will stop now.

Sorry based on the technical specifications even a 12 year old boy unterstands that this is not what I ordered.

So at the beginning I thought they sent me the wrong item by mistake - now I think cheating customers is part of their business.

My conclusion: Don't order items from Deals-o-sour if you have to pay in advance for it. Only if you can pay it after you received and checked the item.

I've been robbed!!!!! Made a purchase from deal-o-saur and have not received anything in over a month. I will never order anything from them ever again! Stay away from these thieves!

Made 2 orders, no delivery

Yes I am in the same boat and I didnt check the reviews - shame on me~~~~ - Ordered items but as soon as I asked where the items were they stopped communicating with me - shocking!!! $27.93 US dollars
DONT BUY FROM THIS MOB

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

Total rip off. I never received the portable nebulizer I ordered. They charged my paypal account. Shame on me for not checking reviews first.

Last time I order anything from this $h*t company. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received even a confirmation for my phone case. Guess I’m just gonna have to eat the $27 I paid. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ❌❗️⚠️

no customer service at all and never received the item purchased. Asked to cancel / refund and the only response I get is the cut and paste "thanks for your order...etc.". Total scam.

I ordered from deals-o-saur on FEB 09.
They immediately withdrew money from my credit card account and sent a response telling me that they had received my order , that they would send conformation upon shipment
Two weeks and after many tries I can't get a response.
I struggle for my money and need every last cent. This was supposed to be a gift that I couldn't afford in the first place. Sorry people to prey on the unexpected poor people !!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company advertises on Pinterest. Beware! Read all the reviews!

I will never buy another thing from this website ever again. Absolutely unacceptable how much money they wanted for the gift and it shows up three weeks late and completely crushed plus it didn’t look like the picture at all what’s so ever. Awful material !

Like a dummy, I ordered some storage drawers from this company, if you can call them this, and they charged my credit card and I have never received my order. This was in January, and I have emailed them 14 times and never received a reply. This is definitely a scam.

Ordered 10 days ago. No tracking Info. Emailed them, and waiting for a response. I will probably just dispute the charge with my bank. 0/10 sketchy site. Redirects “view my order” link to more products!

Total rip-off and bait-in-switch. I did not receive the same item ordered. Could not cancel order prior to shipping.

This is a damn scam.

Stay clear. Do not waste your time with these thieves.
No product, no response and for them..no problem. I am also considering raising a case against pintrest for facilitating this hoax. Its a good thing I followed my gut feeling and cancelled my CC right after conducing this transaction. DEALSSOSAUR GO FIND A REAL JOB AND QUIT STEALING PEOPLES MONEY! ITS A SHAME AND DISGRACE!
