Mr Steven white was such a great help i had been searching for what then was my dream camera and couldnt find it anywhere with out the price being wayyyy to much more than what it cost Originally mr white helped me out got me the camera i had been wanting and needing for my business at a great price and i havent looked back since and i will be shopping with mr white soon again.

I was in need of an upgrade to my camera, and Steve was extremely helpful and guided me through the process. Specially since it was towards the beginning of the pandemic.

Steven the customer rep I spoke to gave me the confidence to make an online purchase again.. after using other sites that show you a product you want, then turn out to be scammers. I called the number to verify if this place was legit. Not only did Steven help but he engaged me to see what product I was looking for and was concerned that I would not have buyers remorse.. thanks Steven. I appreciate you taking time to help not just doing what’s required.

Having had dealings with Steve in the past, with the purchase of two high end Nikon lenses and a Nikon D850 camera. When looking for yet another lens, Deals All Year was the first port of call! While shipping was a little slower this time round, due to the time of the year. I would still return for future purchasing.

As an amateur photographer, I was not aware of the many nuances involved with caring for a Canon 7D. It was now ten years old and was no longer working properly. I was in the market for a new Canon, yet wasn’t sure which one I should upgrade to, or why my 7D seemed to just die several months earlier.
Steven with Deals All Year was kind enough to contact me and explain in great detail all of the many reasons a Canon requires periodic service for cleaning and adjustment. I also had no clue there was any limit to the number of digital pics taken in the life of an EOS Canon camera.
When i asked what replacement Canon camera he would recommend, Steven didn’t try to sell me his most expensive cameras, but instead asked me a series of questions in order to determine which model would be best for me. After careful consideration, I settled on the Canon 5D Mark IV and couldn't be happier.
Not only did Steven answer my many questions, but after the sale, continue to stay in touch, asking me weeks later how I was doing, and if I had any more questions now that I had a few weeks to try it out.
Most purchases are impersonal today, without any customer service. Steven went above and beyond.
And when I’m ready to add additional equipment, I know I can trust him to recommend exactly what I’ll need, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of whats available to meet my needs. I’m 64 years old, and trust is not something I easily give. Steven earned my trust.....a welcome change in an often untrustworthy world.

Deal all year is a wonderful company with good products and great service. I bought my camera mid summer from them and had great experience with them as a customer. I Especially want to mention the Store representative Stephen White, he was a very knowledgeable and passionate sales person who helped me with buying my camera. He made sure my satisfaction as a client is his goal, as a amateur photographer I had very little knowledge of camera, he was very patient with me to explain all the details of the products. Hands-down he is one of the best representative of a store that I have ever met. He made me feel like he was a close friend that I could trust in the camera business. I needed a Christmas present wanted to buy from a smaller business but I didn’t want to get junk or problems interacting: DealsAllYear.

Google search, looked a little sketchy but they provided a telephone number and I called. Trust starts somewhere and they were (the right amount of) interactive.

Their prices were good, equipment in stock, and 3-day delivery. Very smooth and neat. I will buy there again.

I had a problem with an order that got stolen from my door. The representative was very understanding and stepped me through my possible options. Was professionally resolved.

This was my first experience with Steven White at Deals All Year and it was a very pleasant surprise, especially after unsuccessfully dealing with a competitor. When I called Steven at Deals, I was expecting the same treatment, assuming they were all in the same sewer. Boy was I wrong! There was no high pressure or bait & switch tactics: Steven was actually agreeable and friendly!

But beyond being pleasant, he actually DID what he said he would do...and at the price he said he would do it for. What a concept! Not only that, but I had purchased the camera via PayPal, which (somehow) held onto my prior address in California - even though had changed it prior to ordering. So the camera was being shipped to my old address! Steven intervened mid-shipment and got the camera to my new address - even though he could have just walked away...legally. THAT is why I’m 5-starting Deals All Year: not because they did their job, but because they went well beyond what was expected of them!

Steve was very easy to work with and when I needed help with my camera the Warrenty was fully backed and he made sure it was repaired properly

It's not often I post a review concerning my buying experience about a company, but when the transaction is great I think people should know. I recently bought a Nikon D780 and several Nikon lens from Deals All Year and I could not be happier with their customer service, pricing, and shipping/handling time! The prices for equipment is unbelievably reasonable and I got free shipping on my products. I definitely would recommend for your photography needs!

so I was a starting photographer with so many questions and so little answers until I came across Deals All Year. I spoke to Steven on the phone and have never had a customer service experience like this one. He made the process so simple to understand. He answered all my questions, helping me choose the exact gear I needed to make my vision a reality. Thank you so much there isn't a place I would shop for my photography needs.

I dealt with Steve at Deals All Year. I was looking at the purchase of a 600mm lens for my Canon 60D. He was very knowledgeable and helpful on what I wanted. We discussed use and best settings for what I wanted to use it for. I am a retired Game Warden and although retired from the best job in the world, I love to photograph the wild and beautiful things nature has to offer. I asked Steve about up grading to a 5D Mark IV. I had many questions about the differences of the two cameras. Again Steve was most helpful, and knowledgeable. He told me many things I didn't know about the camera I have and the 5D. I bought the lens. It arrived packaged very well. After using it, I again contacted Steve about the 5D. If someone had said I would be spending $2,500 on a camera body a year ago, I would have said they were crazy. After talking with Steve, I purchased the 5D. At no time was I pressured about purchasing the 5D. Everything I was told about the camera was an under statement. The camera was needed to film a 15 year old young lady's Bear hunt. I needed the camera in just a few days. Steve saw to it that I had the camera on time. It too was very well packaged, and arrived on time. I told Steve about all the lenses I currently have and he advised me which ones would work on the 5D as a full frame format. I am very happy with the service I received from Steve and I will recommend him at Deals All Year to anyone, based on the service I received.

Steve and the Deals All Year team were very responsive, super friendly and addressed all of my issues within a timely manner. They communicated with me every step of the way!
