Scam should be looked in to you can't even see the tariff needs your data, so a breach of your rights will contact consumer rights to have removed

I needed a new phone, so I applied. They said all of my details were on the screen, but the computer had froze.This is how they got information out of me such as my sim contract supplier.
They said the couldn’t offer me a phone at the time but I could have a sim contract & work my way up to a phone. This made no sense to me as I already have a sim contract & I told them this.
I politely declined their offer as it would cost me more & the other sim would be useless to me.
Since my applying, I started getting lots of spam calls from different companies. This makes me think that they’ve sold my personal details.
I’ve also been getting lots of texts from mega mobile deals that I’m unable to block as they don’t have a number attached to the message.
This morning I received an email from them. I scrolled to the bottom of the email to look for the unsubscribe link, but there wasn’t one.
There was a link in the email though, so I clicked it thinking that it would take me to mega mobile deals & I could unsubscribe from there, but it takes me to a different company called sunshine mobile.co.uk
Who even is this company? I’ve literally never heard of them.
I just want them to leave me alone & delete my personal information.

So rude. Just hung the phone on me because I refused their offer of a random Samsung when I clearly asked for a iPhone 13 Pro. And asked random questions like what social media apps do you use and that apparently determines whether you qualify or not for the phone somehow 😂 I wldnt be surprised if it was a scam. They just try to force you to buy random things you don’t want and TERRIBLE customer service

It's all a con don't believe what they say on ad they said 100% guaranteed you get contract nope it's all a lie I got turned down straight away

100% scam. They redirect you through different sites, not related with any mobile phone.

I sended the telefoons back to belguim after 3 weeks of was doen and send to the wrong adress, i have to go to the adres and take the iPhone, they only mag nu gasoline back. But the 2 hours of dreiging not...

Just a redirect company for sunshine mobile, tried to get me to sign up to a 12 week contract WHEN I WOULD NOT EVEN HAVE A PHONE DURING THAT PERIOD, step 2 does say, "After 8 weeks of being a good customer" it doesn't make it clear YOU DO NOT HAVE A PHONE DURING THIS PERIOD.

Total scam artists, highly recommend you avoid.
