I am a “returnee” to DDB (this last time was my fourth order). I phoned the office and spoke to Eva (who is always so efficient and a delight to deal with). She organised for Peter to call and measure-up - (also very efficient and friendly). And within 3 weeks the blinds were fittted by Scott (who did a fine job).

I can’t imagine ever going to any other company for blinds. DDBs are superb to deal with. Highly recommend.

Easy to deal with, prompt and professional service from our fitter Stephen.

Just had the lovely Peter out today to measure up for another blind. He’s a real asset to the company. Second time using Deal Direct Blinds and wouldn’t contemplate going anywhere else.

The man who came out to show me samples and measured was so kind and helpful. Then today same again. Scott and Peter were so nice and no mess he hovered the dust up off the drilling. I would definitely recommend

This is the 3rd time this year that I’ve used this company and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
They offer great service quick and straightforward and the quality of the blinds are great. Not to mention the great staff they have who fit them. Thanks Paul and Jason once again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars

I cannot recommend Deal Direct Blinds highly enough.

From the very beginning, the team have been professional, friendly, and incredibly approachable. They make you feel completely at ease throughout the whole process and genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work.

What has impressed me most is their outstanding aftercare. We experienced an issue with one of our blackout blinds, and they have been absolutely fantastic in helping to resolve it. They arranged replacements without any hassle, no questions asked, and have continued to work with us to find the best solution. At every stage they have been reassuring, understanding, and committed to making sure we are happy with the end result.

It’s rare to find a company that stands by its products and customers in the way Deal Direct Blinds do. Their customer service is second to none, and they go above and beyond to ensure everything is right.

I have used Deal Direct Blinds before and will continue to use them in the future. They are a fantastic company with excellent products, exceptional customer service, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

Thank you to the whole team, you have been brilliant! 😊

Steve came today and sorted my font window blinds out the old ones were down in minutes and the new ones up, in total he was here about 15mins and what a great job and very nice lad, will be using these again for my upstairs, all the staff from purchase and fitting were great, quality of product is second to none thanks everyone for your help and advice

Blinds measured on the Monday and fitted on the Thursday. Scott and Rob did an excellent job. Third time I've used this company. Would use again and recommend

We have a new house with glass walls to one side. Blinds are essential and they are operated constantly.
We reviewed the market and decided on Deal Direct. The quality of the blinds, mechanisms and controls is superb and the service and after sales to match.
Having used our initial 12 blinds for two years we are now in the process of having another nine fitted.
Our neighbours, who chose different companies received disappointing products at a higher price.
Cannot recommend them too highly.

Stephen was great and efficient, lovely to chat with.

Blindingly brilliant
My new Venetian blind was fitted today by Stephen. It was perfect. He was very knowledgeable and made sure the fittings were right for me. I am very happy about everything. Thank you

Really good service the whole way through, good communication from the company regarding appointments and a fairly priced product that was installed to an excellent standard and quality. Thanks specifically to Paul, Jason and Rob for their hard work!

Can't fault the service and the product. Scott and Rob were friendly and professional. I would recommend this company every time. So pleased with my blind. They are providing and fitting my shutters as well.

Excellent service again used this company for years great lads and prices

My wife sorted this out, but I was around for the fitting. We are very pleased with the blinds, they look good and are quality, topped off by Stephen who did a great job fitting them and was very pleasant throughout. Great job.

Stephen fitted the blinds today, very quick and tidy. Most pleasant to talk to. Great job and they look perfect

We recently had Illusion blinds and Venetian blinds fitted by Deal Direct and are very pleased with the whole experience.
Their pricing was competitive, and everyone we dealt with throughout the process was friendly, professional, and helpful. Our fitters, Paul and Scott, did a great job with the installation and were both pleasant and efficient.
We did encounter a small manufacturing issue with one of the blinds. It wasn't immediately obvious, but once I noticed it, I couldn't unsee it. I contacted the company, sent over a few photos, and the issue was dealt with promptly and without any hassle. The whole process was straightforward and pain-free.
Excellent customer service from start to finish, and it's reassuring to know that any issues are resolved quickly and professionally. I would definitely use Deal Direct's services again and would happily recommend them to others

We had our roller black-out blinds fitted and are really impressed with the quality and the standard of the blinds themselves. Really good value for money and very quickly installed too!
Scott was really friendly and efficient at his job and was really helpful playing with my little boy, while I completed the paperwork at the end of installation! 100% recommend to anyone looking for the highest quality blinds and excellent customer service! We will definitely be using Deal Direct again in the future!☺️
