WARNING do not buy these shoes if there is a slight chance you might need to return them (which until you try them on how do you know?) I wish I’d read the reviews before I did. Had to pay £42 to return 2 pairs of trainers. Had to wait months for a refund because, despite filling in all the correct forms, they were held in Spanish customs. Customer services were completely useless and unhelpful. I sent countless emails. All they did was occasionally track the parcel, which is exactly what I was doing anyway. There are plenty of other brands producing the same type of shoe…go to them.

Das Allerletzte! Die Bestellbestätigung für ein Paar Sandalen von mbt kam vom MBT-Deutschland Team. Die Sandalen wichen von der Beschreibung bzgl. der Dämpfung ab und mussten leider retour. Nach Spanien! Die angegebene Adresse wird von einigen Providern allerdings nicht angenommen. Vermutlich aufgrund eines automatisierten Adresseingabeprozesses. Mit DHL habe ich jetzt 17,49 für die Retoure gezahlt. Den ganzen Prozess, einschl. der suggerierten Lieferung aus Deutschland, finde ich persönlich mehr als grenzwertig! MBT hat in mir keinen neuen Kunden gefunden und ich rate jedem, sich vor der Bestellung zu erkundigen, in welches Land und auf wessen Kosten die Ware zurückgesendet werden muss.

Jestem zaskoczony i rozczarowany bardzo słabą jakością /wadliwością butów MBT Gore-Tex. Podeszwy rozpadły się po kilkukrotnym użyciu. To niespotykane. Serwis MBT zaoferował naprawę płatną 100 euro! (bez gwarancji). Pozostałem z butami, które nie nadają się do użytku (a miały pomóc łagodzić ból). Jestem naprawdę bardzo zawiedziony.

es cierto q elimina dolores en los pies, yo me compré muchos hasta q sufrí un arrancamiento de cuboides. Los dejé deje de usar y los guardé, mi sorpresa? Calzado de 200€ de repente se deshace y tengo q tirarlo sin apenas uso. Al hacer el cambio de calzado me encuentro toda la suela desintegrada y he tirado un zapato y una bota nueva,un desastre

Tengo unos con más de un año de uso continuado y están como nuevos (modelo Ren), por una lesi´´on son los que me recomendo el traumatólogo. La piel es estupenda, no he tenido problema con la suela y he comprado unas chanclas y otras nuevas (M3100).
Me equivoqué haciendo el pedido y rápidamente lo solucionaron.

I have purchased multiple pairs of MBTs over the years. I returned the latest pair as the colour of the shoes didn't match the description or photo on the website and the size was different to my other MBTs.

I had to spend €30 to send the latest pair of shoes back and it took weeks for the refund to be processed. MBT also retained the delivery charge from sending the shoes to me.

I will never buy another pair of MBTs again. Joya or Hoka are the future.

I would give zero stars to this company if I could. I bought my trainers in November. On their website, they say to size up which I did but the trainers were absolutely massive. When I went to return them, I found out that I had to pay the £18 to send them to Spain. They sent me the incorrect address to return them to and then lied about why the parcel have been rejected (they attempted to blame Brexit). After several emails, they gave me the correct address. It’s the tenth of January and I’ve only just got my money back. Avoid avoid avoid.

Comprate un paio di mbt donna, pagate più di 200€, messe tre volte e dopo un anno si sono aperte tutte

Purchased online, shoe was the wrong size with no alternative available - company charged me for the privilege of sending back a pair of shoes that didn’t fit, along with no refund being issued a month later! Certainly won’t be a returning customer.

Acquisto due paia disgiuntamemte una di queste non va bene è troppo grande. Il servizio clienti ha sostituito a proprie spese e addirittura mandato due paia con il mezzo numero di differenza con restituzione del "non conforme" complessivamente bene.
L unica cosa che va scritta - è lo suggerisco - è che se la ciabatta NON va bene non restituiscono il denaro ma un buono per un ipotetico futuro acquisto.
Ho preso in saldo sia quelle da donna che quelle da uomo. La sneaker da uomo perfetta (veste un numero in meno la mia da donna, molto abbondante. La qualità c è.

Bought some shoes from them and tried to write a customer review but says sent for moderation so all their reviews are only good ones and they don't post negative reviews. The shoes I bought have the logo embedded on the bottom so you can feel the logo pressing on your foot every step do not recommend.

He leído una reseña de una señora que dice que las suelas se desintegraron,es una verdad como un templo,yo compré unas zapatillas de deporte MBT las he dejado de usar un año(invierno)me las puse el lunes pasado día 23 junio 2025 y la parte de la suela en el tacón que es como muy mullida se disolvió andando,las he tenido que tirar a la basura.
Nunca más me comprare nada de MBT.

Para mi el mejor calzado que hay. Pero tiene una pega que hay muy pocas unidades de sandalias de la talla 38. No me dio tiempo a cobrar para comprarla. Ya se habían agotado. Hacer mas unidades porfavor de la talla 38

I have stored them in my bedroom for a couple of years..foot condition returned and I got out my shoes and the soles have disintegrated leaving rubbery black bits everywhere!
I took them back to the store and they said as I had had them longer than 12 months they are not interested. Also they no longer sell that brand.

Compré unos zapatos MBT de piel marrón que los utilicé unos meses y me regalaron unas deportivas MBT también. Como consecuencia de una fractura en el pie no pude ponérmelos ni estrenar las deportivas, cuando al cabo de unos meses me las fui a poner las suelas se desintegraron como si fuera asfalto derretido, no podía entenderlo si no las había estrenado, me fuí a poner los marrones y se desintegraron también ¡¡¡400€ a la basura!!! Cuando me quejé en la empresa me dijeron que son delicados y hay que guardarlos en un sitio correcto: la parte alta de un vestidor, por supuesto a la sombra, en su caja, con una temperatura media de 22-25ºC ¿no es correcto?. Vaya timo. Para mandar la reseña obligan a poner la fecha que no recuerdo.
