Title: False Security Flags, No Support Response — Damaging Legitimate Projects
I am the founder of Peether (PTDT), a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain, registered under Pink Taxi Group Ltd. in the UK.
De.Fi Scanner is displaying a score of 5/100 for my token with multiple flags that are factually incorrect:
• "Missing Liquidity" — HIGH RISK flag, despite an active PancakeSwap V2 pool with $17,000+ liquidity, 93.36% of which is locked via Mudra Locker until January 2027. DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, and CoinMarketCap all detect this liquidity correctly.
• "ETH Draining: YES" — Does not exist in the verified source code on BscScan.
• "Fake Token Approval: YES" — Does not exist in the verified source code on BscScan.
For context, the same contract has been independently reviewed by:
— GoPlus DeepScan (Manual Audit): 100/100, zero findings
— HashDit: 90/100, zero High or Medium risks
— TokenSniffer: 96/100
Interestingly, I ran De.Fi's own token (DEFI) through the same scanners:
— TokenSniffer scored DEFI token 25/100 and flagged it as "appears to be unsellable"
— HashDit flagged DEFI token for: Can Mint New Tokens, Hidden Owner, and External Calls
Yet De.Fi Scanner gives my fully renounced, independently audited token a 5/100.
Support experience:
• Emailed onto their Support on July 29 — no response
• Posted on their official X/Twitter on August 20 — no response
• Messaged their Telegram group multiple times — messages deleted, account banned
• Was referred to Admin "Maria" by another admin (Joshua) on August 22 — paid to upgrade Telegram to message her directly on August 24 — message still undelivered after 5 days
• Their Telegram admins actively respond when the topic is their own DEFI token — other project issues are ignored, deleted, or result in a ban
This is causing real harm. Multiple holders have told me they are hesitant to purchase because of De.Fi's inaccurate score, despite every other scanner and on-chain data showing the opposite.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for accurate data. Every flag De.Fi has raised has been independently disproven. I have full technical documentation, appeal PDFs, and on-chain proof available.
I hope De.Fi addresses this — not just for my project, but for every legitimate project being misrepresented by inaccurate automated flags with no accessible support path.
P.S. Unfortunately, Trustpilot does not allow attachments in reviews — otherwise I have full screenshots, on-chain transaction links, audit report URLs, and documented communication records to support every claim made above. Anyone wishing to verify any of this is welcome to contact me directly.
