product has not arrived
It's been 2 months since I ordered it and there's still no sign of the product arriving, but is it okay to trust it?!

The ordering process is very cool and self explanatory. Now we’ll see how the product will turn out. I might adjust my Review then.
EDIT: The experience took a very strange turn…. I ordered 3 Jackets in two orders, two days apart from each other. I keep on getting updates on the SECOND order. But the first order was never acknowledged by fanscheer. I‘ve never received any confirmation of said first order. Unfortunately the first order also was the more expensive one, since it contained TWO JACKETS. And fanscheer received the payment via PayPal.
I tried several times to get any information via Emails according the issue and I always received the same generic reply, telling me that my order is on the way and that my patience is appreciated. But not with one word was I assured, that the upcoming delivery would contain BOTH orders or at least got any update on my first order.
The delivery is still on it’s way. So, as soon as I have a chance to see what I actually receive, I’ll update again… maybe fanscheer sees this update and gives me an update through here?!
EDIT 2: The first part of my order just arrived… AND ITS THE ONE I PREVIOUSLY GOT NO INFORMATION ABOUT. And the items are WONDERFUL!! Great details! Everything in good quality. Slightly oversized but looks awesome!! Now I just wait for the last one to arrive…
EDIT 3: And it did 30 minutes later. Funny enough with a completely different delivery service. And it’s also just as perfect!
So: to resume…. Everything went well in the end. I’m just taking away ONE STAR due to the rather exhausting communication. Maybe you guys try to actually answer the questions asked and not use pre-arranged answers because they very often don’t contain the required information. Other than that: GREAT WORK!
