I recently completed my Basic Life Support (BLS) and Medical Emergencies training, and Rachel was an excellent trainer. She explained everything clearly, made the session engaging, and created a comfortable learning environment where everyone felt confident to ask questions.
Her teaching style was professional, patient, and easy to follow, especially when covering practical skills and emergency scenarios. I left the course feeling much more confident in my knowledge and abilities.
