Avoid these people at all costs I’ve recently purchased two pairs of trainers waiting for them to turn up as it’s been over a week no emails or anything just had an Order number now look in my bank to find I’ve been refunded with no reason why I will not bother trying to buy off your site again this transaction has put me off all together

Do not order from DC UK. They are not in the UK they took weeks and the customer services only sent them after I emailed to complain that that they hadn’t even been dispatched and I wanted them to cancel the order.

Sadly both pairs I ordered don’t fit and now I have to return them and probably never get a refund because the customer service is terrible

Easy to order and fast delivery. The size and fit are great. The quality is perfect!

Paying to return shoes that aren’t true to size is wild. Having had DCs throughout my teens … they’re no longer what they once were and I’ll avoid in future. Disappointing service.

I went looking for trainers couldn’t find anything. I liked. The only ones I could find were DC but they didn’t have my size so we looked on the website you had them in stock. I’m a very happy with them.

They make up additional orders, charge you multiple times and then refuse to compensate you for their "mistakes"(planned scams). I put one order in, which tooks weeks longer than it should have, three items all turned up separatly and then I was charged three more times for a duplicate order BOARDRIDERS ( NOT DC) put through, and then charged me for delivery twice for one fake order I never placed, recieved or agreed to pay for. They are not DC, thwy are BOARDRIDERS which is a scam, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! They steal your money and then blame you instead of accepting they have been caught scamming.

Wrong size sent, no customer service number , been waiting 5 days for a reply from your online form. No option to return and replace . Lost discount code

Delivery was on point a product appears well made from the use I've given so far

I only ever buy DCs and I'm never disappointed. Comfortable, cool looking trainers, well made, and reliable. The delivery time was longer than usual but not unacceptable and I'd like to see more non-leather alternatives. I'd still always recommend DC trainers.

After I brought up a problem with my last purchase, customer service said they would work on it, but I haven't heard from them for a month now. It is unprofessional in my opinion.

They took my order and payment then cancelled it late on the following day saying the shoes were unavailable due to high demand. I then looked at their website and would have been able to place an order for same item. They should have been shown as out of stock but weren't. As it was a first time order for me I was given a code for a 20% discount so I won't be able to benefit from that, not that I would use them again anyway.

I have had the misfortune of dealing with this company for over three weeks, and it has been a systematic failure of service from start to finish.

I placed an order for a UK Men’s Size 13. On TWO separate occasions, I was sent the incorrect size (UK 10.5). Despite being promised a "priority" replacement to fix the first error, the warehouse clearly failed to physically check the box, sending the wrong size yet again and at a delayed pace.

The "Customer Care" response has been nothing short of ethically disgusting. After three weeks of delays caused by their own warehouse, they had the audacity to insinuate I was attempting to "scam" them by withholding the incorrect items, despite me providing clear photographic evidence at every stage.

Furthermore, as a full-time worker and non-driver without a printer, I requested a home collection for these incorrectly delivered goods—a right protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They flatly refused, forcing me to make multiple arduous trips on foot to a drop-off point to rectify their mistakes.

Even after I compromised and performed the physical labor of returning their errors, they have continued to stall on my refund.

**Pros:** None.
**Cons:** Incompetent dispatch, dismissive customer service, and a total disregard for consumer rights. 

Avoid this company at all costs. If you want DC Shoes... use another supplier. At least then you'll receive the correct product and have better customer service.

I ordered a jacket and it was not fully delivered to my flat. It was left outside, I had not agreed to a safe space delivery, and the package must have been stolen. I reached out the DC for a resolution as Royal Mail say it's the seller's responsibility to ensure the package was delivered. They have not replied after 2 weeks and after a follow up email. Very disappointed and currently down £150
