My orders have still not arrived and not had any update in weeks

I’m hoping to write a review because I’m struggling to get in touch and communicate with them. I bought a product on the 22nd April I waited about a week so now it’s round the 28th and they told me they havnt been able to work since the 20th and hoping to get back to work this week, they did offer me a discount code for my next order, it’s now the 7th of May I now want to place a bit of a bigger order but I would obviously like to use the discount code but I’m unable to do so because I am unable to get any response from them over email since the 28th of April when they offered it me. Bit unhappy because I’ve ordered from here before and I was extremely happy with the product. However I’m not so happy now with this situation so I came here to see if you guys would read this and maybe update me about my order.

Ordered on the 20.4.26 and paid the same day via a bank transfer. I've had nothing since. No products, no replies to emails or messages and no refund. I would like my money back please, this is a scam.

They came to a solution with a problem of delayed order of over a week. Out of goodwill refunded my order and still shipping the goods. More communication would have helped but as a small business i assume that could be a struggle.

Ordered on the 14th.

Didn't receive my order nor any replies to my emails.

I have received an email today on the 28th to apologize for the delay (unexpected personal circumstances).

I can appreciate that these things happen, though unfortunately as a customer when your order is important to you, and you order with an expected timeframe, it is still inevitably frustrating to say the least.

I have been offered a discount on my next order and an update on my current one.

Depending on the discount offered, I may change my review.

I sympathise with the owner as I'm not heartless, but like I say, when you order, you do expect it to come in good time.

Quality packaging price is okay could be better! But hey needed a good amount emergency. And they have sorted me.

Long delivery time and packaging is not good quality

I believe I was mis-sold the product and can’t return it, as per their policy. I have received no reply to any of my e-mails regarding this. Read the descriptions of the products very carefully!

Still waiting for order

Dc packaging was very helpful when I asked last minute for a change of design in which they delivered for me, free of charge. They’re very prideful in their work and I’m very happy with my order👍👍

Exceeded expectations! The delivery was swift, and I received more than I had anticipated. Excellent service overall.

The placement of the stickers on the bags could use some improvement, and the shipping cost seems disproportionate to the package's dimensions and weight.

Good product and production times

Had issues with the tracking information they responded instantly and resolved the issue they got delivered the next day with extras included definitely recommend

Product isn’t worth the price and quality just slapped a sticker on the Mylar pouches wasn’t happy of the final product I purchased not worth the money best to look elsewhere for cheaper and quality print instead a sticker not worth it all

Stick up labes for the price you pay is a rip off you can get better bag cheaper

Ich hatte eigentlich bedruckte Tütchen (mylar bags) bestellt aber stattdessen irgendwelche random Beutel erhalten auf die einfach ein Sticker geklebt wurde. Der Sticker passt erstmal nicht ordentlich (viel zu gros für das Design - die Tütchen lassen sich dadurch nicht mehr versiegeln) und lösen sich stellenweise ab, da die Tütchen für den Versand auch noch geknickt wurden... (Pfusch!)
Das ist wirklich das schlechteste Produkt das ich mir für den Preis vorstellen kann!
Wirklich extrem teuer dafür das es *nur* eine mit Sticker beklebte Tüte ist und eben kein bedrucktes Produkt.

Auf meine Beschwerde wurde seit über einer Woche nicht reagiert.

Kosten-/Nutzenfaktor ist nicht gegeben - der Preis ist absolut nicht gerechtgertigt.

Zollabgaben könnten für ein Kundenfreundlichen versand in die EU auch vorab erhoben werden, dann würde man sich nochmal 15,- Gebühren beim dhl sparen (15,- Nachnahmegebühr für die Einfuhrsteuer von 6,77€ 😒) Das geht bestimmt besser...

Bestellt keine Mylar bags - die sehen nicht gut aus, sind minderwertig verarbeitet/produziert und mega teuer.
