I have recently had a new kitchen fitted from David Charles. My experience at working with such professional people was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, from planning, to itinerary and then the finished kitchen!
Excellent service and the attention to detail was impeccable, would highly recommend.

David Charles did a great job of the kitchen / dining upgrade. The advice on kitchen door type, colour, layout and appliances etc. was second to none with a finished installation that looks fabulous, modern and sleek. All the trades, plumbing, electrical, plastering and the DC kitchen fitters have worked together before, were very good, and am sure this contributed to the finished article being great. The installation was done on schedule to a plan that was issued many months before the installation date. Would recommend that if considering a new kitchen that you at speak to them to see what they can offer.

Really good experience from start to finish - David came out showed our options for our fitted wardrobes and took the measurements. Martin and Archie came to fit and did a really good job getting a really good fit and the their craftsmanship couldn’t be faulted along with being top blokes as well. Awesome work and would highly recommend!!

Great advice when choosing unit colours and internal colours, excellent quality products and workmanship, great communication throughout.
David Charles installed our original kitchen, we then went back to them to add additional units in the kitchen and have recently returned to them again to have more cupboards and units added to an extension. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish David and his team were fantastic. Never to pushy and i felt that he always had my best interests at heart. The showroom experience was so helpful as you could get the bigger picture. The fitting was done very quickly and the after sales was perfect. I was recommended to contact David and his team at DC Kitchens by my builder and I am so pleased I did so. David was so professional and helpful and knew what I needed and was looking for almost before we discussed things. His eye for details and practical suggestions are second to none. The whole process was seamless and went without a hitch. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and the design couldn't be more perfect for me. The bootroom and utility area flow beautifully from the kitchen too. I am absolutely delighted with the service, the professionalism and the kitchen will will look stunning for years to come.

From David visiting us to start designing our kitchen, the service from David Charles has been excellent. Giving us a couple of different designs to choose from, we went ahead with an island design, visited the massive showroom where there was a huge choice. David guided us through explaining all the options. When fitting our utility first, we had to move the date back due to building work. Kirk helped facilitate that and we were impressed with his help and flexibility. It also happened with our kitchen date which moved back and then a week forward. Fitting was a dream! Martin and Archie fitted the kitchen expertly and worked around our uneven kitchen floor and walls! So much practical help, and they returned quickly when little details weren't quite right. We are over the moon with the quality and look of the kitchen after weeks without one, this more than meets our expectations. We were also let down by our own plumber - no problem! Kirk arranged for their plumber to help us at short notice. Such genuine people with a brilliant customer service ethos we would give them 6 stars if we could.

Where to start, first of all the design service is excellent with a keen eye to design. Then there is the professional fitting service which is second to none, it took three weeks from start to finish and everybody came when they said they would. My finished kitchen is simply stunning. I cannot recommend highly enough, don’t bother going anywhere else!

We've had a brilliant experience with David and his team. From the first concept designs, talking through our wants and needs to the final installation. Everyone has been easy to work with and we're really happy with the end result.

We love spending time in the kitchen and the quality is excellent, as well as very much enjoying the small design details that have really made it ours.

Because of our delight with a kitchen we had installed by David Charles Ripon 22 years ago we decided to return to his company to redesign our new one. I can’t recommend David Charles Kitchens enough. Their customer service is second to none. We have had numerous kitchens from them and recommended them to all friends and family. The kitchen fitters did a fantastic job, always on time and there is always someone to answer any queries from the minute you start the planning process.

David and his team provided an excellent service from start to finish. There was always someone on hand to answer our questions either by phone or by email. The fitting team did an excellent job and were very professional, and patient with our questions! We are very please with the finished kitchen!

The whole team at David Charles have been fantastic from start to finish! Lots of advice (all of which was absolutely spot on) throughout the design stages and every little aspect of the design and fit was on time. I’ve ended up with the kitchen of my dreams! I would highly recommend David Charles, I cannot fault the service, the communication and the end product. Fab!

DC kitchens were an absolute pleasure to work with and 100% use them again if we ever renovate again.

Listened to my ideas, understood what I wanted and what I could compromise on to create a design we were both happy with. Worked towards our budget and was very transparent in terms of costs - no nasty surprises.

We recently had David Charles remodel our kitchen and dining room, changing from two separate rooms into one: we have been delighted by every aspect of the service we have had.
From the initial meeting, where David took on board our ideas, through the design stage to the actual work, everything has been extremely impressive. David, Kirk and the whole team were meticulous, consulted us when needed, were always punctual and their work is of a very high standard.
We have no hesitation recommending David Charles to anyone contemplating a new kitchen.

David Charles and his team did an excellent job designing and fitting our new kitchen. We used David 25 years ago when we fit our original kitchen and his excellent standards are still as good today. Also this year David designed and fit a new kitchen for our daughter and also a kitchen for our rental house. So three kitchens within six months - no problems, we are very happy.
