I normally don’t write reviews; however, the nonchalant behaviour I received from the owner of this company is appalling and has left me with no choice but to do so. I placed an order on 10 January 2026, which normally takes five working days to arrive, but it has still not been received.
After 10 days of hearing nothing, I called the company. The owner blatantly lied, stating that she had been travelling and had just returned, and reassured me that my order would arrive that same week. I waited, but nothing was received. When I called again, I was told the same thing—that the order had been sent.
I requested a refund, but she again claimed that the order had been posted, and I am still waiting. This is completely unacceptable. It has now been 19 days since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive it. If my order does not arrive by Friday, I plan to visit the shop in person over the weekend to request a refund.

Product Expiry date not good enough
Plaintain chips I bought will literarily expire 2 weeks after I bought them. I bought 6 big jars on the 3rd of October and it expires on the 18th of October, that is a complete waste of money

Item took way too long to be shipped…
Item took way too long to be shipped out..The whole shipping took 10 days for an item within the UK. Even items ordered out of UK come earlier. Not certain I will be shopping here again.

Green plantain chips were nice and crunchy, great snack but salty. Would be ideal to have one without added salt.

The order was delivered correct and before delivery date. Very happy as I had run out of my favourite snack!!

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, and not prioritising customer's satisfaction. Website did not allow me put an 'A' in my address door number and this was communicated immediately with the seller after making an order. Promised to effect the change but wasn't. Parcel went to a different address even with the communication line that was bypassed.

Missing order
I ordered 4 packs and received only 3. They acknowledged the error and promised to refund me. They didn’t refund or send me the missing pack despite reminders.
