Highly satisfied.

Delivery quick ans on time. We bought the white Ash 5mm panels and are very pleased and made a dated bathroom a fresh and modern one. Great company to deal with

Very good quality and service

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with.
I ordered 4 lengths got 5.
Then I needed another one..they sent two.
Everything was easy, straight forward, zero hassle and I actually spoke to a lady on the phone, no press 1 for this, 2 for a long wait 3 to get annoyed..
Nope straight through to a local lady.

Brilliant service.
And I'll be back for more panels soon.
Thanks dbs.

Very simple to order, very competitive prices! Delivered in 3 working days, items cut to size and installed using the adhesive on their website. The adhesive was very strong and I didn't need to provide support underneath until it dried.

Excellent service, great communication & all at a great price

Panels are always damaged they send replacements no problem but sometimes this can create issues I am a trade installer so really need to step up on the delivery/packaging other than that good company good products

Great experience, from ordering, delivery and the product is far better than expected. The fitter said it was the best cladding he had worked with.

Excellent products prompt delivery and great prices. Nothing not to like from this company.

The delivery man was extremely good and the panels spot on, but because of the three panels shower cubicle the two corner units were difficult to fit. Also the corner strips were a different color, otherwise very pleased with the finished job.

I have been purchasing products from DBS Bathrooms and found it simply a pleasure that with each order I received a time slot of delivery that has been met every time. Good service all round and valued by me.

Excellent service.
The website is easy to use and well illustrated.
Delivery was in a couple of days, by the company's own fleet and the driver was pleasant and courteous.

Excellent service - I can't fault them.

Fantastic Quality and outstanding customer service, would definitely recommend this company!

Helpful and friendly did everything as best as anybody could already recommend is to other people price and selection excellentA

The customer service with this company is exemplary. Unfortunately, although well packaged, our order arrived damaged and with one (small ) component incorrect. They politely and swiftly refunded the incorrect item so I could immediately reorder and the damaged goods were replaced at top speed so as not to delay our contractors' timetables. Good website, fair prices and I would use them again. Problems will occasionally occur.. it's how you deal with them that counts. Well done DBS.

Excellent value for money. Ordered online and collected with no issues.

I ordered pannels on a next day delivery as all I had to do to finish my job was put the cladding on. Firstly they are very bad quality and poorly packaged. I ordered 17 and 12 came badly damaged. I agreed I could use 6 of the 12 but 6 I couldn't so they sent me replacement pannels which also came badly damaged. The customer requested me to take off the ones I fitted as they were not happy with the quality. Then dbs wouldn't even refund me the money. Soo all in I paid for poor quality panels that ended up in the skip and i lost money and time. They need to change supplier as these pannel are poor quality. Also they are not packaged well when they send them.

Cannot recommend enough - really good prices, really quick delivery, and brilliant customer service. I came across these guys by pure accident but will be using them every chance I get moving forward!

I ordered 80 of the 5mm matt white wall panels for a bathroom, utility room and downstairs toilet. When my plumber came to use them, they would not slot together flush, there was an obvious gap as they were warped. He suggested that I purchase joining strips for in-between each panel, so over £650 later, the joining strips arrived. I left my plumber to carry on with the work and came back when it was completed. The panels look absoloutely dreadful, the joining strips are a different shade of white to the 5mm panels and looks like a great big stripey mess. I havnt used the other panels for the utility room and downstairs toilet because of this, so I am now left with about 4 boxes of panels. I would also like to state that the panels are extremley poor and flimsy, you can break them in half with your hand and they are corrugated like packing you get in a cardboard box. The tip of a pencil would pierce a hole in them. The whole experience has been a nightmare. I contacted there customer services initially about the panels not fitting flush together, they wanted photographs of every panel affected. Like I'm going to open all the boxes and work my way through 80 panels trying to put them together and take photos? I thought the joining strips would solve the problem, even though it meant spending more money but I wish I hadn't bothered at all with pvc panels and just got proper tiles. I will never use this company again and I do not recommend them either. My experience is they are another company selling sub standard products and once they have your money they arnt interested. Extremley dissapointing experience!

UPDATE I have recieved emails from them, they refuse to refund me even though I have sent pictures of the state of their products. They said I can send back the unused panels but I have to arrange the courier and pay for the return. Disgusting treatment considering I spent close to £800 with this company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
