Retraction: Not a disreputable Company
My heartfelt apologies to DBeck shoes: They did NOT charge my credit card. Please ignore my review.
Despite asking repeatedly for the return address (shoes too small), DBeck Shoes refused to do so.
Finally, they offered to send a new pair AT NO CHARGE, which they proceeded to charge me after I explicitly and in writing told them not to charge my credit card.
This company is disreputable.

Buyer Beware. If the shoes dont work for you for whatever reason, they will not honor a return despite the website mentioning a 30 day return policy. I received my shoes. They were rubbing my ankles and uncomfortable. I requested refund a couple days later. They told me my explanation was not acceptable and needed more details. I sent them more info and now they have ghosted my and don't respond to my return and refund request. Do not purchase from this company.

My shoes showed up with a broken zipper I was really looking forward to this pair of shoes too now I got to find a way to return them $90 for a broken zipper
Buyer Beware!!!!
I ordered my first pair of shoes and the stench from them was horrendous. I left them in the garage to air out for about a month. The size was a bit large but wearable. This was their mesh shoe version.
The next "stupidity" decision I made was to purchase a second pair, their velcro strap version shoe!
I ordered 1 size smaller than the previous pair I had purchased. These shoes, I could not get on at all!
So now I have 2 pairs of these shoes with a difference of approximately 1.25-inch difference in length! Never found a size marker on either shoe.
So now, I am reaching out the this DBECK company for a return and they want to negotiate with a 20-dollar compensation "or" 70 percent off another pair of shoes!!!
At this point, I am now out of about $ 120.00 USD and this company wants me to buy a third pair at a discounted rate.
So all I can say now at this point... Buyer Beware.
Sent wrong item
I ordered a pair of boots that have a zipper on each side with a fleece lining. I was sent a pair with elastic around the top. I let them know they were wrong because I have a prosthetic leg and the foot won’t slide on it unless the open enough.according to them I ordered them. They don’t enclose a slip with any information. After a eeek of back and forth they tell me they’ll give me $50 off a new order. I would have to pay for returning them at a cost of $20-25 shipping and then have to wait for them to inspect them. Whatever you do DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. they lie about the 100% satisfaction. Sure at the additional cost to the buyer.
Return is a !! BIG !! hassle
I ordered two pairs of shoes. They sent me one pair in the wrong size (4 sizes too small). The other pair is much too tight.
I had checked out their return policy before buying, but once I emailed to ask for the return authorization, I started into a loop of crazy return emails.
I have now been offered a discount to keep SHOES THAT DON'T FIT because it is going to cost ME to ship them back shoes that don't fit.
My current recommendation is that you do not buy shoes from this company.

I purchased the ClimateLight Women’s waterproof winter snow boots for outdoor commuting & driving. I waited 3 weeks approximately, and went up a size like I normally do because my feet are a tad wide. I absolutely love these boots and honestly they are as comfortable as it gets!
Not a good company
I purchased these shoes and received them early September 2023. I walk for 1 hour every day and 99% of the time walk on concrete paths. The shoes heels started to disintegrating within 8weeks. I contacted customer service and below is the reply. Do they think I would purchase from them again. NEVER!!!! These shoes cost me $126.00 aust. I should been given a full refund or replacement. I then put a descriptive feedback with 1star rating and photos. This feedback was taken down not to be found anywhere. Very suss don’t you think?

Pairs of shoes that i ordered weren't fit for me unfortunately, and there were some mistaken for delivered items... nevertheless the customer service experience was great , Ashley the one who assassinated me back and forth via email, she was wonderful service representative, friendly professional mannered, quick responses. Shoes wise the products are great I believe,yet weren't meant to me
The return policy is a total lie !!!
The shoes are beautiful, but didn't fit. The return information on their website is a bunch of lies. I have tried to get them to send me the address to return the items and they keep sending me ridiculous alternative offers. Like we'll give you $40 & you keep the shoes. I paid $207 !!! Do they think I'm an idiot?

I tried to send emails to all the listed addresses and got notice that they were undeliverable. I tried to call the number and was told to email the addresses on the list. I am frustrated and angry at the lack of customer support that I have gotten.
