The arrival of the wig took about 3 weeks. When it arrived, it was flat, no cut or shape at all. I did not like the way it fit on my head, so I decided to return it for refund. They offered me 10% at first and I refused because their website said 'Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean or defective products by USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. Returns made within 15 days upon receiving the shipment will be issued a refund to the original form of payment.' They said that I only 'earned' this much. I'm still trying to get my refund as of 07/27/2023.

Everything the other reviewers have related is true. I waited for 6 weeks before the piece came and then it was med. auburn NOT light ash brown. As far as style, it is not the wig that was pictured on the website. Because of all the issues the other people have had with lack of return policy I will keep it and donate it to the ACS. I have not worn it. BUYER BEWARE!!!

This was a horrible experience. The wig I received looked nothing like what I ordered. It was represented as 100% human hair, but it was mostly synthetic. Looked like something you might pick up at a Costume Store for $20.00. My stylist could do nothing with it. I'm in the midst of chemo and losing my hair and waited 4 anxious weeks to receive a horrible mess. Daywigs asked for pictures. I was embarrassed at how badly it looked, but sent 5 pictures. Their response was that it looked fine and offered me a 15% discount. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY!

I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this company. 2 of the wigs I ordered were not the same as pictured on website. There is NOTHING on website that says no returns or refunds. It has been months trying to work something at a fair solution. If sales are final, information should be on website.

The wig(s) I received were not the ones as shown on their site the color and style were wrong. Was told to send a picture of the wig, which I did. Then they asked me to take a picture of me wearing the wig, which I would not. They're only offer was a 15% refund. I’ve been emailing them back and forth for over 2 weeks now. They refuse to honor their return policy posted on their website.

Then they offered me 15% refund and that was it. I’ve been emailing them back-and-forth but I have a feeling it’s going to be to no avail. Don’t order anything from these people. They’ve got a racket going.

I ordered two of the same wigs, two different colors, because I wasn't sure which of the two I would like best. I paid for both via credit card, but I had received only one wig. I said don't send the other wig, I liked the first wig. It took a while (two months) to get my credit card credited for the price of one wig, but daywigs was in constant polite contact with me wile I waited.
The wig is really realistic looking--quality is excellent. The auburn red color is probably not easy to make without looking garish or cheap. Hard work with pride must have gone into making it. Well worth the money!

The wig I ordered was of adequate quility but the color was too dark for me, I wasn’t happy with it and ask for a return/ refund. They kept wanting a picture of the wig but I never sent one and I spent all that money for something I won’t use. I would not recommend them , keep looking.

Do not do business with this company. I have been trying to return a wig for the last 2 weeks. The return form that you are to complete for a return does not allow you to enter a return reason therefore the form NEVER get submitted because the form will not proceed to the next page without this information. There is no telephone number to call to let them know about this problem. The wig I received was very poor quality and also very expensive. I will never order from them again.

The wig I ordered did not resemble what was pictured. Quality was awful too. Not wearable, not fit for the dollar store. The company does not stand behind the product and gives you a run-around. Stay away from them or you will lose your money.

Do be not purchase. The quality is awful for the price. When I tried to return them (never even put them on my head, nor anyone else. Their “customer service” would not even accept me to exchange for different wigs, and wouldn’t refund anything. (hence this post) Awful experience and out over $400 too!

I purchased a wig from this company that looks nothing like the wig that was advertised. There is no way to contact company for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM Day Wigs!!

They ripped my mother inlaw off took 170 dollars and sent a peice of crap wig and would not refund the money totalal scamming people I am turning them in to better business bureau if I lived in London I would track your asses down and pound you into the dirt these are good older people and you scammed them

daywigs.com gets into your bank account--and, they don't let go.

They have no method by which one can communicate or discuss charges.

My suggestion, is NEVER attempt to order anything from daywigs.com

Fraudulent company. Sends plastic wig, cheapest quality. Holds return hostage. I have 45 emails back and fourth and they will not send return information! SCAM WEBSITE! Do not buy!

I will never do business with this overseas based company again for the following reasons:
They did not ship the product as pictured on the website: (1) the color was very different from what was pictured, in my opinion it was overpriced and (2) the product itself was of very poor quality (not superior hair quality as they claim, and (3) poorly packaged.
In September, they responded to my request to return the product, but did not provide information on how or where to return the wig. When I pushed the issue of my request for a return and refund, they offered a low refund amount, which I countered and they agreed in September to refund $30 of the purchase price. It is now December and I have not received a response or a refund as promised.

Daywigs.com UK is scam. They send piece of garbage. The photos of product are not real. They block unsatisfied customers on Facebook page. They write fake reviews. Total scam! Be aware
