I took my visiting friends from abroad to Daylesford for lunch to impress them. One of my friends found a worm in her salad still crawling. When we asked for the bill, they still charged us for the salad by a more senior member of staff that was sent back with no apology. In a decent restaurants or cafes they would even offer their clients a free dessert or coffee. She was offered ZERO. I was soooo embarrassed by the poor and appalling quality of service at Daylesford, Moreton in Marsh

Gift card bought for my son and daughter in laws wedding anniversary. Process easy and item delivered on time - they are off to buy stuff.

The overall experience – Bamford SPA and reformer class, excellent coffee in the garden center, lovely products in all your shops – form groceries to furniture. We could spend the whole day there.

We had a day at Bamford Spa as well as a wonder around Daylesford Farm.

I’ve had some massage treatments in my time but the massage I received from Catherine was something else. I arrived pretty stressed and by the time I left, completely reenergised and clear headed. I would travel 1.5hr simply for another treatment - the whole vibe is so calm and the people just lovely 🥰

Delivery was excellent so was the shopping

Rudely interrupted by a member of their staff upstairs saying “oh you can’t sit there and drink”. Firstly no signs to say not, and secondly a bit of politeness would have gone a long way and that’s before I spent a fair amount of money today. Also too many wannabe influencers there with fake tans!

Our high expectations were well and truly shattered this morning at The Trough restaurant. The service was disorganised and very poor, we were met with several excuses when we pointed out to a staff member that she was serving customers who had arrived after us.
After 30 minutes we received a (£20 each plus service charge) breakfast that had under cooked fatty streaky bacon rashers, a quarter of a mushroom, and fried eggs swimming in oil.
We were still waiting for our coffee when we had finished our meal.
We moved table due to disruptive behaviour on the table next to us.
We specifically chose Daylesford for a gold standard breakfast as the start of a birthday celebration.
On a scale of 1 to 10 for customer service, customer satisfaction and customer experience I would rate this a 2.

Beautifully presented seasonal tasty food.

Fantastic basket which looks great, mainly bought for storage of a sheepskin throw in our living room. Daylesford staff were amazing, there was a particular one I wanted and they managed to track one down for me. Also bought a beautiful bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil which I plan to refill once used. Had my first visit to Daylesford in the Cotswolds a few weeks ago and have been over the moon with everything I’ve bought so far. I don’t live nearby but I plan to be a fairly regular visitor.

Had lunch in the restaurant. We were told there was no Horseradish or mustards available for our roast beef.
Afterwards we shopped and found shelves full of the aforementioned.
Potatoes were hard and disintegrated.
Not a great meal!

Lovely store with great choices. We had lunch - Roast beef with Yorkshire pudding and vegetables. It was delicious. However, It was such a shame that there was no Horseradish Sauce available in the restaurant as my husband loves it! He was so disappointed that he was tempted to purchase a jar from just outside the restaurant! We couldn’t believe that Daylesford sold its own Horseradish sauce but did not provide the option to have with its roast beef lunch😳

Lovely pretty spaces. A joy to explore. Beautiful interior & exterior.
Delicious Lunch at The Trough. Beautifully displayed flowers and food, wine, meat, bread, fruit and veggies. We will be back.
A big splurge, but absolutely amazing!
